L-box is like a false ceiling but only cover part of e ceiling like an L-shape. If u wan to do a cove lighting on e ceiling, then it is essential but must inform ur contractor 1st of your intention so as he will create a groove in e L-box to install e lighting inside.

U can always request it provided u do not need e painter to do anymore paint touch-ups as ur wall will definitely be dirty by e installation of switches. A good n professional painter will usually do a final touch up of paintwork after everything installed.

Did u get e repairman from e agent itself? Best to get it repair as soon as possible else it will get choke up n u will have to spend more money to get it repair. Normally it's best to be service at a bi-annually frequency.

According to e citygas sales section, it's $70 piping connection per toilet from e citygas water heater.

I would skip those without hdb license n radac cuz of e requirement from hdb on renovation work, or else will have to bear lots of inconvenience and mOney to get things rectify.
