Tink the bt timah store is referring to sprung and unsprung hinge... 90% of the industry are using sprung hinges which typically have the spring effect to close itself while the door gap is smaller... Unsprung is usually use for tip-on larder doors...

For larder unit, need to use 155deg extended flex hinges for interior drawers to be pull out. Otherwise, can try to adjust the door hinges via the few screws on it, to shift the door slightly outwards.

Yah Kim, yours is SMC brand fittings. I rem another person got his facuet with issue, then his plumber helped him to solve the problem... Now my plumber ask me to provide him the adapter instead...
