Hi there, my HDB unit is more than 10 years old. Was thinking of doing minor redo on the flooring minus the hacking.( As i still need to live in the unit during the redo work) Was told that its possible not to conduct any hacking and just relay floring over existing tiles and parquet flooring. Is this really possible and most importantly is this approve by HDB??? Please advice....

Panasonic for me... I bought a samsung fridge about 2 months ago, end up having to change 2 times.... reason being the paintwork keep coming out. ie when you rub your hand on the fridge door, pieces of the paint will peel off..... Thanks to the patience of the courts team, we manage to resolve this after changing to a different brand...

Hi would like to consult experts here with regards to replacing old air cons with new. My aircon brand is Fujitsu and i was just wondering if its possible to get all 6 of the units and 2 compressor change with minium work. ie the pipes and trunkings not changed. Can this be done, reason being we're not ready to renovate the house only wana change the old air con with new. Can this be done? and can we choose any brands we want or do we need to stick to Fujitsu??? Any experts could advice???? Thanks in advance....

We've been living in our HDB unit for more than 10 years adn i feel that the house need a bit of reno. However, we're still living in it, do you think it willbe possible to have the whole place renovated. what i mean by renovation; 1. replace all 6 air con units (with 2 compressor) 2. renovate the whole kitchen. (with cabinets) 3.fix up the wooden floorings 4. replace all 6 wooden doors ( might need to fix up the frames as well) 5. paint up the whole house. Can this be achieve with the whole family ( family of 3 adults, 1 toddler and 1baby) still living in the unit??? Thanks in advance with the comments...........
