Hi All, Word of caution, don't settle with one quote. Visit multiple branches if you really really want to purchase from them and you will realise they have 'flexible' pricing. FM branch does not seem to have the most competitve pricing even though some of us may think they ought to in view of the competition. Rather, they offered higher margin than others that i have called & visited. Anyway, the hubby & I experienced similar occurences at the other L-company but least we found out... Guess this is Furniture industry because it will be a long time before we return to buy something else from them...
