Hi renmapiao, I would to share with u bxxt tech service.. I have only one word for them, lousy..What happened is that they actually installed my MHI on Sunday, but the aircon is not cold after switching 30min. So I called them n they get the MHI distributor to arrange for on site examine... The result is that the gas pressure is only 130psi and it should be 150psi... That y the aircons are not cold.. The MHI suspect that the bxxt tech did a bad installation that cause the gas leak.. Then MHI guys will inform bxxt tech ppl to come and pump gas the next day so I didn't bother... After one day, no one called n I called them trying to arrange for the gas pumping on coming sat... Despite calling them 4 times the operator assure me that they will get their service guys to call me each time but still no calls from them... Really disappointed... Desmond

Bros Sooks, I also got their package inclusive of L-Shape Mavis Sofa, Coffee Table, Dinning Table with 4 chair and TV Console. It will be delivered on 2 Sept 2011 except for the coffee table which one lady called me and informed me the Coffee Table shipment was delayed to 15 Sept 2011. It is still ok for me as coffee table not so critical but i dont quite like that they do not provided sat delivery, only monday to friday... which I have to take leave to collect those furniture. Hi Aron, I am facing problem with my mitsubishi heavy industries... I tried switching on the aircon for half hour but it still not cold enough in a small room. I also faced problem on the remote controller, I switched on the aircon in my bedroom 3, to my surprise bedroom 2 aircon was switched on... I tried switching on aircon while i am at the passway, MBR and Bedroom 2 Aircon both were switched on ... Really headache. ... Could you advise me ? Regards Desmond

Hi bro simon, I think that the technology changed too fast in Television and so I think warranty is not a plus pt. Unless they sell the Sony brand tv at good price comparable. Regards Desmond

I am actually waiting for the 1 Sept 2011 fairs, hope to get a 40" 3D LED TV with internet function, either samsung or sony... But I think sony quite hard as it normally dont go down in price... Prefer sony more than samsung as samsung tv is more colourful, sony is more natural.

Aircon are up today at 10:00am... MBR Aircon with stupid trucking below, going to ask contractor to box up. By dkwm at 2011-08-14 2nd Bedroom Aircon looks good just above the door. By dkwm at 2011-08-14 3rd Bedroom / Study Room, just above the door too. By dkwm at 2011-08-14 Look bad and ugly.. Asking contractor to do some patching.. Due to the overspent in renovating, furniture and wedding, I am restricted to budget of $1,400 for a 40" to 42" tv. So when should I go to the PC show ? On the last day last min ??? Hi Drexter, I just bought the Blum soft closing hinge which is not like the one from Excel. Blum soft closing hinge seem better as it is not attached on top of hinge but it is built in. So it will be obstruct place.

But Excel soft closing hinge are protuding one right ? I know that Blum has a in built type not protuding, it should be a choice.

Update for the aircon trucking installation : It seem that Best Tech only did a fair job as the touch up of the wall and trucking are not so good. Lucky my ID is around to look after them ... Will take picture and update soon.

putting blum in kitchen is already costly... full house may cost 5 digit... casement door soft closing is without warranty.

After the best tech pipe and trucking installation, it seem everything is ok. Hope it will be the same to the aircon installation. I have also confirmed the lighting today, 25 downlight n 1 spot light. Till today then I know there are 2 type of ballast, electronic & magnetic and the price difference quite a lot.
