Hi Leeonline, Welcome to Renotalk. I sympatize with u on the buying and selling of your flat. It's not an easy process. I've experience it myself when selling my previous flat to buy a resale one. Not all transactions are smooth. Some people even encounter more difficult problems when come to selling and buying amd handing over of flats. Some end up with no place to stay during the process and end up renting a temporary place. Well, I guess your problem is over. Concentrate on your reno and I look forward to see progress. Upload pics too if possible.

How old is this flat? About 5 to 6 years? The previous owners are the first owners who bought the flat directly from HDB? Most probably they were not allowed to hack the wall when doing the tiles bec at that time it was new flat. So they may have done some overlay of tiles. You may have to hack the walls if u want to replace the tiles.

The flat seems to be in good condition. The current design may not be to your liking or taste ..... But must say that it is well maintained.

The price is quite reasonable. I knew some friends who bought rain shower over 1K. Those really branded ones.
