Should they have after sales service? They can give you the contacts of the glass company so what if is no longer under warranty....contract got specific what is the thickness////

Backsplash was given free by salesman but not listed in contract. Therefore company wanted to get amount reimbursed or no after sales service. Worst off salesman resign from company before end of project. Anybody got this problem?
