hi, just to share, i have engaged peter as my ID for my bishan flat for a full reno so far so good, he is very responsible, very on time (in fact i feel quite guilty as sometimes we are late), has a schedule for his plans, overall i have a very good impression of him. lets hope the work comes out good! fingers crossed!

dear et09, i just got my bishan 4A and i am really inspired by what u did. good cost and good result over time, no loans needed. u have my respect! im actually trying to do something similar, but i find it so hard to get all these good contacts for the various jobs e.g. kitchen cabinet, painting etc if u dont mind, can u PM me the kitchen cabinet, electrical wiring and painting guys' numbers? thanks so much

hi all, i'm new to this forum, just got our keys to a bishan 4A and we want to make the following changes to our place: hack away old kitchen cabinets and put in new ones change the sinks/WC in the 2 toilets extend the scv points across the house and into the master bed room replace 2 foldable doors of the toilets replace kitchen foldable door with a straight up frame redo all the light and power sockets (got alot i think ard 20+?) change the hall cornice sockets x4 repaint the house change doorgrill chemical cleaning of the house met this guy from Ambience Aircon & Renovation who quoted me $10k flat for everything excluding the kitchen sink/stove and door grill. the contractor seems v honest, told me about things that we shouldn't get e.g. cooker hood etc. but i feel this quote is a bit high given no hacking of floor tiles, no carpentry, nothing. and we still gotta pay for our sink and stove. is this worth it? anyone heard of this firm before? if so would really appreciate if can share ur experiences. thanks very much!
