Oh what happened with the paint works? I am starting my reno in about a weeks time and really do feel somewhat stressed. coz its my first home. But Johnson (my ID) has been very assuring. and due to the HIP, my schedule for reno has been disrupted but they have taken the initative and provided the best solutions and alternatives around it to ensure the works are still completed in time. even if it meant them bending their backs and having the reno works done in phases to accomodate. Johnson is very professional and goes through every single detail and items. i feel very confident they will do a good job. even with HDB when they come by to work on the HIP. changing door, pipes, doing up the toilet. Johnson has gone through the items with me. and has asked i entrust the coordination to their team. so, i'm just waiting to get the ball rolling. its really great to know that the ID has everything covered and really well prepared. Phew, so thats a load off my mind at least for now anyone had their HIP done in the midst of your renos?
