  1. Hi, i suggest that you can read up on Flying Star and know abit more or change another FSM. In your case, i don't believe a definite no. Wealth position can also be in the toilet and if these places has the good star in it, it depends on how you bring out the stars. Same for, if a good place had bad stars, you can do things to keep out the bad stars. I am currently reading a book by Lilian Too for my own interest. She claimed that year Feb 2004 to Feb 2024 is the Period 8. Thus houses built during this period that faces SW or NE direction, will be auspicious. If you're looking at resale flats that were built in Period 7, then it may have some constraints. My FSM walk through with me in my newly built flat, he did not look into the toilet at all. Only tell us to close the toilet door everytime to prevent bad "qi" from leaking out.
  2. Hi, i was at the Expo last weekend too, held by Audio House. The saleperson by the surname of Lau did his salestalk with us. I felt that he's good, won't hardsell, and he sounds sincere and don't look like he's gonna cheat us. We told him that we've paid deposit for Hitachi air-con at Gaincity and now Creation Air is selling cheaper. So he told us to ask gaincity if we can get the refund or not. We managed to settle with Gaincity and came back to Lau. We have decided for Starmex and upon signing up, he saw our address was familiar and he browse through his sales record and said that another customer living in the same block as us, purchase MHI from them. So i asked him what is the difference between MHI and Starmex and he told me MHI got many functions than Starmex. but since we had already pen down for Starmex, he would write down MHI as a 2nd option for us and gave us time to consider. He even gave us the MHI brochure and jot down the major differences between MHI and Starmex. I think he is good, won't ignore you even after they close the deal with you. But after reading some bad comments about them here, i hope the installation goes well for us as we've paid $500 deposit. Oh, if you're curious, we've got Starmex System 4 Inverter. 1 x 24k btu, 3 x 9000 btu @ $3595. Upgrade to their grey color insulator at $200 and we remained using copper despite he told us aluminium is good. Total cost $3795 and $500 deposit. The MHI is the same price but the living room unit is only 22k btu.

  8. Hi Emobebe, Thank you very much for your reply! The "inauspicious empty handed" thing was read from http://services.spservices.sg/cs_lifestyle...es_fengshui.htm And i do believe the rolling of pineapple as it symbolises Wang Lai... I've read it here... http://www.geomancy.net/consultation/consu...gettingkeys.pdf Because everyone got their own methods of opening the new house. Some even advise to burn joss paper or joss sticks. Thus, i don't know who should i really follow. =)
  9. Hi Lim75, Does this master provides FS House Audit services? Or only when the house got "weird" problems then we can contact her?
  10. Hi all, I am a new member here and i apologise if this topic has been asked before. I will be getting my keys on 1st April 2011. And i intend to visit my new house on that very day after i got the keys. Can anyone share with me on what i have to do before entering the new house? I've read and heard that: 1) Its inauspicious to go into the house empty handed 2) You'll have to find an auspicious time to first time open the door 3) A few FSM told me that its ok just to go in and take measurements, they are more concerned of the Dong Tu & Move-In time. Can anyone share with me on the guided procedures to do before you enter the house? Thanks alot!
