Hey there. Many different ID have different doing, some will draw 3D for you before start and some only after confirmation of quotation. Maybe the designer will match with your tiles after you've chosen it . Have some trust in him, many of my customers keeps worrying so much before the whole thing is done. However if you really doubt his design, you still can request to omit out carpentry from him. Cheers
