Simontsh - haha u can afford it! Hmz if u get those slim downlights (for led) u can do 4inch instead of 6inch false ceiling but actually nt alot of point IMO ... But then u need to think over carefully ..

The small pipe ur Id do for u to outlet ur wm water lah .. This nvr do u will have problem waaas

Hm electricity wise I dunno yet but as my contractor says with downlights u can control which part of lighting u wish to on ., it could be 2 downlights of 2 x 12w compared to single source where all the while it will be maybe 3x14w bulbs or so .. U can't specify where u want your light to be on .. You may need bigger wattage to cover the bigger areas sufficiently lor but then one man meat is another man piston but your false ceiling quotes **** good!! Btw I even use downlights in bathrooms and kitchen lol so Erm haha

I see ur earlier pics don't have wad then my 3 pipes all clustered tog *faints* bug ur base more nicer than mine .. Mine abit slanted cause wall nt straight and my pipes lobbing v ugly until they use people stones to patch up

Going to order 2-4 1w led spotlight for my living rm feature wall and another 2pcs of t5 led light (30cm and 60cm) respectively for my under cabinet light .. I think my house too much light!

I didn't use panel light though it was initially in my plan cause it reminds me of my office light though smaller version haha and somehow the uniform look throughout cept my fancy lights looks nt bad haa IMO .. For walkway I created additional 2 light PTs so 3 downlights to make it v v bright ..

If u don't want trunking and more control of light false ceiling cause u can have option of on how many downlights you wish (but need plan in initial stage so ur electrician can group them tog) downlights looks nice cause flat flat ceiling .. IMO .. But them the cost will increase cause u need more light points more lights .. Think some downlights come with the bulbs .. Go ask ..

Haha yeah the gear clock? But you intend cover anything if not then it's pretty nice but if yes then the mid is empty .. I got a diy clock but it's too big for me to use on the bomb shelter plate
