my contractor did it for me .. one hole with the fan blower and another old near the window for air circulation .. not sure how its exactly works .. but one side is the fan another is the hole ..

i also intrested in digital lock but not sure which to get better .. more worth it and good that is ..

actually when you plan lights you should see what kind of lights you wish to see because diff wattage of the lights you may need more lights as well as size .. imagine if you use 3w light because of sizing issues you may need more lights i have 8 downlights (BIG 12w led) but if i use like my contractor home the lights same same ones i may need to increase to 16 hahhaa ..

my contractor do kinda quite overlook my requests but at least in end he either gets it done or give suggestions on how to go about it or solution to rectify the problem of his oversight .. so im still ok just that i need to be patientttttt wahaaaa

Will be ordering the 3w led downlights this week.. I dont mind longbang but kindly note that there is always a risk with purchsaing overseas best is to have a Buy And Throw Away attitude and you must know how much you can afford to lose .. the 3w downlight is around 15 sgd each but need get in per lot of 4 pcs comes with required driver. Also dont mind helping to order the 12w square led downlights but also kindly note that the same attitude applies although I have received both shipments from my supplier without mishaps although communication is a hassle and I had to make some IDD calls eventually haha but at least its mostly quite okay and very statified to see them up .. .. ok thats all for the lights .. but i do get my fanciful lights from sg .. esp those big candeliers .. and glass crystal led fancy lights

Hi have noticed that my parents home kitchen cabinets underneath the top cabinets are not covered with laminate and the area under the bottom cabinet that's exposed are also not laminated. Is this the standard ? Thanks

Bought a excel soft closing wire basket compartment for my kitchen cabinet .. Damage 140 lifetime warranty .. My led downlights all up and running .. 46 big downlights .. Had 1 downlight set not working and another adapter but supplier will resend me those not working as warranty 2 yrs .. Will not ship back the lights tho but need to pay shipping for the lights to me haha .. Gg order some small round 3w led downlights for my bathroom box up at mirror .. And some led t5 for my kitchen cabinet light .. The extra 5m waterproof rgb light will be used in my mbr bathroom .. Need to decide on wardrobes laminates now ...

I think your best recourse is lawyer and the court if ur current hb does not agree to sign off that he is willing to give you X amount share or monetary value .. but either way a lwayer is better to make it more legally binding ..
