Good Day Peeps! As I embark on my renovation journey for my 12 year old executive apartment, I would like to thank the advice and contacts that some of forumers provided me. I hope you would enjoy the journey with me and the end product would be as what I have expected. Now a brief summary! Bellow is the floor plan of my HDB apartment. As you can see, all the windows of my bed and living room are only facing one direction and hence there is no wind in my unit for half a year. I have set aside a budget for 3 categories of items that I will purchase as I will not be shifting anything from my old place. From furnishing to electronics, all have to be sourced and purchased at an reasonable price. This is pretty time consuming as I am currently studying in the University. Oh I forgot to state that this is my parents flat but they entrusted to me the job of renovating and furnishing it. =) Below are a few photographs of my old place which I will indeed miss dearly as it holds some of the most fondest memories in my life. Will update soon once I get pictures of the items that I have purchased and the progress of the renovation work.

Good Day Bros, I chanced upon this forum while doing a search on the internet on contractors. I just purchased a Executive Apartment in Tampines and would like to renovate it. As this is my first HDB, I am clueless about how to go about it as I used to stay in a landed property. Below is a list of items that I would be looking to do to my new flat. I really hope that I can get some good contacts / quotations here to compare with. Really appreciate your help and many thanks in advance! 1) Hacking and removal of wooden flooring in Masterbed room and replacement with Ceramic Imported Heavy Duty Tiles. 2) Replacement of Toilet Bowls and Sinks in both Toilets. (Would prefer Italy Made ones) 3) Replacement of 1 x Toilet door. 4) Re-varnishing of Study Room furniture 5) Repainting of the whole flat in 1 tone color (ICI Paint) Regards, Kelvin
