  1. Sure! Yesterday we tried jumping on the platform... feels ok. There is a lot of "ribs" underneath so it should be able to hold haha. Send you the quotation via PM..
  2. Day 13: The laminated platform for the master bedroom The workmanship for the laminated platforms are good... Found a crack in the bathrom tiles! (edit: found to be caused by electrician... in the end, the bill for the repair sent to him) Arranged to speak to ID on monday to rectify all the faults found so far...
  3. Day 12 continue 2x Ceiling lights for the study.. The KDK wall fan M40MS ($130 from KONG TAI TRADING) is positioned to blow into the walk-in wardrobe too.
  4. Day 12 continue... Platform Bed for the master bedroom: The KDK Ceiling fan M11SU is installed properly here. For $180, it is a good buy. Will throw a king-size mattress on top and that's it! no need for bedframe. Ceiling lights for the walk-in wardrobe: The individual light bulb can be adjusted to shine where light is needed.   5. Day 12 continue... T5 lights outside the TV room... Laminated platform inside the TV room. =) KDK Ceiling fan M11SU "Silver" ($180 from KONG TAI TRADING) for days when aircon is not needed. Too bad the electrician didn't install it well. The fan is a bit off center and gives a "scratching" sound everytime it spin. Don't dare to turn it on untill it is fixed. Matching Kitchen lights and service balcony lights Somehow one of the light inside the the service balcony light is not working... will check with ID tmr. Storeroom uses this "ES holder" that cost $10 only including the bulb. Cheap!
  6. Day 12: Most of the lights are up... Got all of them from lightings.com.sg Excellent services and timely delivery. They also allow me to return 2x downlight that was not used due to mis-communication between ID and electrician. Admin fee for refund is only 3% hee.

  15. Hi, just want to ask, "What is the difference between the copper diameter for a 9k btu blower vs a 12k btu blower (Inverter)?" If I am not wrong, Liquid is 1/4 inch while gas is 3/8 inch for 12k btu? Thanks

  17. Day 6: My ID works very fast... The progress is astonishing! Living: The old entrance to the Master bedroom is sealed already Living: Even the partition for the TV room is up already. The big lobang is for the glass panel. so that one can see the TV from the dining area. Living: The false ceiling for the dining area is up also. Living: Installers from GAIN CITY came to install piping for the house. The L-box for the TV room is also done.

  19. Day 5 continue... Living room. Partition Boards have arrived. Storeroom with the temporary DB board. Kitchen with the temporary tap. Master bathroom. (a bit of the new titles can be seen on the left)
  20. Day 5: Today the Opennet installers came to install the fiber optical terminal (guy in purple). The terminal's cables ran along the trunking done by my ID and will be concealed by the TV wall feature/console. The friendly opennet uncle even snip off a bit of the cable to show me how thin they are. How the living room looks like now.
  21. Hee, anyway problem solved. HDB approved the plan today. =)
