omg i got your posts mixed up. sry the Tannery Blk is for the SANUS TV WALL MOUNT. for the mirror location its... You will see her work later on =) ok revisit this linkway to the mbr. we added in a plain gypsum board here to be our secret door to mbr from study room. It will be painted white. I dont have the pictures after it has been painted. the hinges on the right were later boxed up. this is a pic painting the white 'door' that will is suppose to look like white wall. we are standing in the mbr painting the door.

revo, i didnt take note of the brand. It was in standard booklet of laminates given by my contractor. i am sure almost all contractors have that booklet. sry cant help more here.

I am using outdoor spotlight. 22W. So far this is the cheapest that i have found. Once you go down check it out and compare with other shops, could you pls pm me if you have found a lighting shop that has a cheaper price than theirs? Can mah? Help out each other.

wow, when i posted the pic i forgot to talk about the mirror and u noticed it. yah i wanted to share about this mirror. we never buy the mirror from alan. its a nearly top to bottom wall mirror and it should be very costly. $200-400?? height x width is 2.15m by 0.92m. Chose this height because it can just nice fit into our lift so no need pay extra for carrying up each floor. We bought 3 of such mirrors and each costs $120. I walked into eunos industrial area until i found a mirror maker and just requested them to make for me individual pieces. And the delivery charges is sexy man. Only $30 for the 3 mirrors. Too %%@$@!$!@ cheap. You must know that to carry one mirror will need 2-3 person and if the weight is not well balanced for such a length, the middle can snap very easily. alan's carpenters then very kindly helped me put it up for free (they were suppose to stop work after 6pm) and they had to use some special "mirror-biting" glue to stick to the wall which i still dno what it is. its **** **** **** heavy and wobbly. To thank them, i took them to Ichiban and ordered set meals for each of them. (later on they helped me with 2 more even HARDER projects!!). forgot to post bathroom lights too. found these mirror light bulbs. love it while the carpenters were doing the cabinets, one of them taught me how to drill (never did before). so to help save time, i helped to put up our curtain rails and this metal arm for our plasma tv below. for this one, i had to find the direct distro because its just not in the market anymore. whats so good about this is that it can swivel left right up down and take the weight of the bigger range of screens. i think those in the market right now can only turn left and right. correct me if i am wrong. so we bought this plasma tv from Best. its better to buy from best or harvey because tvs spoil easily. so good to get the extended warranty. like some here, we dont like lcd and led because images just lags. cant stand the crappy lag. till the day led's response time shortens, we will stick to plasmas. also, we chose not to have any feature wall because just dont see the need for any. save money save money! this tv can swivel left to face our study room, face centre for living room and face right for dining.

YES! i really am stunned. He just told me its not cheap. I smiled and kept quiet. :D yah aya, the handles are for my wardrobe. Having handles will make it easier to know where to open the doors. Have handle and dont have handle also will look nice....so it depends on which one is more appealing to you. i just read a magazine that its good to have the bottom cabinets suspended so that your legs wont hit the bottom when u are washing. Good thing is that it also makes the kitchen bigger but sacrifice storage space. For our top cabinets, we also didnt build all the way because we put t5 on top of it. He will be nice to u one la. Just also be nice and communicate with him. Fwen Fwen him. Tell him u promoting him on renotalk. At the same time, pls tell him that i am also supporting him. Hahahaha! not cheap to him man. silver kitchen cabinets are up. very impt to have space in kitchen. plastic film havent peeled off from cabinets another view from window side plastic film peeled off close up shots. the carpenters attitude were excellent. kept re-aligning until its perfect.

oh, get those anti fungal paint. it should be better to have the chipboard protected from water moisture in the air. mould will grow when its really moist.

cuz they want to "eat" more money from u. normally these contractors rather u dont have handles because it will lower their profit brick wall is ok ah. if u are thinking that it might crumble and drop bits then do not worry. its really solid. there is nth to maintain... not much dust because the depression not as deep as craft stones. i am also a bit shocked. how come he never charge me for the extras when we made the final payment. he can easily ask for $240.

YAH free ! Actually he provided those basic simple designs but i requested for these LONG ones. They dont come cheap. iirc, its about $80 each long handle cuz its 2m long stainless steel. I really cant rem the price..i just know its not cheap. During final payment, he didnt charge me extra as hidden costs.

oh the legs came together with the bed frame. original colour is black. there are chalkboard paints that you can buy from home fix shops. U can paint directly on walls. of course make sure the wall is smooth first. There is no need for any wooden board. thanks! tried my best. can always be better. yah will show more pics soon...
