we went missing for quite a while because of holiday and then got lazy to update blog. anyway, we went korea and bought 2 bicycles for each other. now we can finally go cycling together.

our layout is exactly the same. cuz we are in the same area =) i hid the washing machine behind the fridge.

hi clpersonal, we got it from Taka mid yr GSS. at the main ground open area where they always hold home deco roadshow. this style of carpet is quite common if you really walk around those shops that sell carpets.

most ppl like it concealed. so it looks good. nice and clean. we have an industrial theme so there is no need for us to conceal. cheaper for us too.

yes, to all those who are interested in getting him. u have to keep checking that he doesnt forget what you want. if not, he isnt suitable for you.

personal preference for me. wood cant go with glossy unless u want your place has lots of glossy look to it..eg table glossy, door glossy, floor reflective, chairs plastic-ish. if u going for natural/balinese/scandi/mid century , then cant have glossy. modern contemp can have glossy.

its a used hotel steel tray. u can get such gems from hock siong. i asked my contractor to get it for me. really very common with any carpenter doing reno works. white matt. glossy is no-no. glossy + wood?

its about $610 its nyatoh door and its of classic design (not many designs to choose from our local contractors). u can choose the door and then request for whatever colour to be painted. should be around $200 for a door. take note of one hidden cost for doors...u need to pay extra $200 for a door frame. you cant put a door without a door frame. if any of the readers know the exact cost of the break down pls feel free to correct me as i am just quoting with vague memories.

laundry area toilet door with golden knob floorcloth a simple diy idea to share here. it is hard to find such kind of floorcloth that can absorb water well. so we bought the cloth (homemade cooking) and also bought the standard floorcloth (u know those orange/blue/red floorcloth sold in hdb hardware shops) and wife then sewed them. hope u like our sharing....

2nd hand bosch washing machine still with 2 yr warranty. bought for $200.
