Your contractor should be bringing you to the showroom to have a look. There are different colouration, grain, country of origin etc... So the price varies. You should have some choices for 3.80 psf. For the cave in your bathroom, you can probably leave it. I wouldn't notice it much of the tiles are the same colour anyways. If that still irks you, you can ask the contractor to cover it up and tile over. Problem solved

There's a kind of laundry detergent for clothes that are dried indoors. Thought would be good to share Usually normal detergent will leave a smell if its not sunned enough.

Or a cat ? Or some open shelves for more of your Scandi ornaments. Too many top cabinets can have a oppressive feeling, makes the kitchen small, at least that's how I feel. Unless you reeeeeeally need more storage space ?

I'm not pro enough to enlighten la... just that since you said the stuff/furniture you like or bought are like resort/country style, I thought that would be your natural preference, so you subconsciously bought what you bought even though you were aiming for Scandi style? Comparing Scandi and resort/country style a bit, they do have some similarities, which is the common usage of wood. Someone enlighten me too please... haha

First time seeing such 3 room layout! So huge! By the way, the contractor-cum-carpenter who did up my place is only 30+. I think (and hope!) this trade will continue on!

I think adding darker tones of colours like brown and black, instead of pastels, would help? Raw wood, leather night accentuate the "manly" theme as well..
