the very challenging carpentry is finally in progress... very pleased  love the dark glossy laminate, kind of retro, but i love it!! the study desk under spiral staircase is exceptionally huge!! and the movable cabinet (to be placed below) is amazingly huge too can put my printer inside lo the curve is beautiful, even the doors are curved! very pleased the carpenter jokingly said... duno the desk can fit in or not!!! haha... better can! Uploaded with ImageShack.us this is the very challenging study desk with drawers below spiral stairs... spoke to few contractors, many looked at me with this kind of expression i know its very challenging, but patrick's carpenter did it! bought this set of sofa at a discounted price , i believe it gonna make the house very attractive, though i prefer leather... sigh... bought it anyway... from the same sales gal who sold me 2 sofas, dining set and buffet table when she was with OM. btw, have banned OM. quality is a big question mark... i love this sofa and so are my friends!! armchair for masterbedroom Uploaded with ImageShack.us 2 seater Uploaded with ImageShack.us 3 seater Uploaded with ImageShack.us -

gain city's workers die... 1 of the room got a hole on my parquet... deep hole somemore. no way to sand away they die... no protection was put on the floor and of course i jumped! Uploaded with ImageShack.us but honestly, their workers have been helpful, when i told them about their white outdoor trunking and wish they can paint back the same col as the building for me. they ok to every request i made. even helped me to dismantle curtain track... (mayb bcos i bought each of them coffee and 1.5l of softdrinks + unlimited yeo's drinks in my house.) they even helped me to wrap up my furnitures told tommy (gain city's sales) i got a hole on my floor! this young gentleman said, no worries, i claim for you! send me the pixs but, probably not claiming, workers are helpful and nice + i got really good price (friend know someone and tommy was asked to give me close to net price) have bought a 32" and 26" tv from him during pc show, at great great prices too! very pleased.. -

hi timtim, sure, will upload more pixs... at the moment, aircon, cornice & roses are up... but i went there in the early afternoon to check the no of bulbs i bought for the chandelier, put accessories for kitchen sink & drinks for the workers in the house, so did not take a lot of pixs. only this... but i think there's some miscommunication.... my beaming corners are missing... hopefully can still add on... Uploaded with ImageShack.us these are the roses and beaming that will be installed in the house for chandeliers and ceiling above the beds... Uploaded with ImageShack.us many of my friends said cornices are old fashioned, however, i look at it from another perspective and would love to revive it. i believe it can be beautiful if uses appropriately... patrick told me that my study desk below the spiral staircase is ready and will be installed next week!!! looking forward... cant wait to see the carpentry with the glossy exotic laminate chosen... -
i think you can buy waterproofing stuff from diy shop, have done it for my black galaxy and china black kitchen top. no stain so far. 3 years already.

i have tried using wall paper to stick on my carpentry (the plywood) instead of the laminate surface.
