seems like doesnt work, i measured, about 1.5inches or 3.8cm, i dont know why that old uncle said cannot measure! mine tools can only open until 2cm. and i tried using hand to turn. very tight. and the whole tap is moving... so meaning, 1 need another person to hold the tap tight then can tighten? or can i just use silicon around the tap? headache, dont know how my tenant use the tap one.

i got mine from ikea where they used to have the silver color pole, now is white i think. but then ikea staff told me 2 yrs ago that the while pole has some complaints. so i'm not sure if ikea still carries that. anyway, the silver pole system has served me and my tenants faithfully for 5 years already. cheap and good.

my PU sofa was torn and OM made me pay $800 to upgrade to full leather saying PU is no good and same problem gonna come again. i paid. told me about 16 weeks wait for it to be made in china and ship over. it took them SIX (6) months to deliver... leaving me using the torn sofa for 6months... and numerous calling for it! this hasnt include the complaint till their offer of pay $800 to upgrade... the total time i spend to get a decent leather sofa from them is almost NINE (9) months!!! i think i'm the most stupid and unlucky house owner. and now. 3 years, the so call better quality italian cowhide sofa that will last me for many years torn! i am going to small claim court.

need to uphols my leather sofas, leather is cracking... can someone please kindly share your reliable sofa upholster's contact... am also thinking should i re uphols this to fabric sofa, possible? or keep to PVC afterall, italian full leather doesnt last more than 3 years. sofa length is 2.8m. frame, back cushions and cushions are fine, just the seat. strange... pls think twice about getting the counter unless you are 100% sure you will not spill water on it. i am using ikea counter for the little tap i have at laundry area. the sides of cupboard warped already.

beware of their sofa, i'm going case soon. PU sofa torn within 1 yr, OM refused to replace and same problem gonna come back, told me to pay $800 to upgrade to italian leather, estimated 16weeks wait for sofa to be ready, and i waited half a year sitting on torn sofa. in less than 3yrs, the upgraded italian leather torn again. this was how the pu sofa look Uploaded with ImageShack.us i rented the house out for 1 yr, they claimed tenant torn it. however, lease said, tenant will take responsibility if things in the house are torn. my tenants took well care of my house, my glossy table has no scratch mark at all! and i've highlighted to them to clean the sofa as it gets moldy every 2 months, i even bought sofa wipe for them. the house was returned with sofa no mould. after 1st canadian couple moved out (6mths lease), i saw bubbles on the seat, few mths later, another australian couple moved in and pointed to me about the crack on the sofa, i only rectify the problem after they moved out 6 months later, by then some of the cracks have became holes. this is how my italian sofa look now: Uploaded with ImageShack.us beside my leather sofa, and they also sold a defect sofa to my mum, a sofa that can play slide... the seat is defect, made up of 2 pieces of foam. OM's person in charge said, her sofa at home also like this. the design is like this. this is my mum's sofa... OM insisted that i buy another 2 new sofas from them at special price. the point is "if you had diarrhea from the same laksa store, not 1 time, but twice. would you go back and eat again?" and i offer them to repair. they refused and said if i get my own sofa contractor to repair its cheaper. anyway, i called up case and lodge a complaint. letter has been sent to OM management. Case has advised me, if they dont response, go small claim court after 2 weeks. i asked case that this was few years ago, would small claim court entertainment me. they said YES. because some defects you dont see it within one year. am so happy.

OM sold me a sofa like this, only the seat is leather, the res pvc, this 3 seater sofa cost around $1100. the leather is nice though. right from beginning after i complaint about this strange 2 piece foam, the ex manager told me its the DESIGN!!! my niece plays slide with it!! LOL!

i did not ask for leather sofa, i bought pu sofa and peeled in less thmn 1 year, i work in advertising, seldom home, sofa is for show only as i dont watch tv either, no time. OM asked me to top up $800 to get good leather, the amount was proposed by them. and told me last longer. so i paid more than 2k for this sofa, and if i knew it was going to last me only 3 yrs. I WILL NOT TOP UP AND WOULD INSIST FULL REFUND when the pu sofa peeled 3yrs ago!

its not the leather... its the sponge/cushion (i dont know what you call it) inside the leather. as for leather, after the PU torn within 1 yr, i was only told to pay $800 to upgrade cowhide as per what they have in showroom, but on the invoice, it only put full leather.
