Hey there, i'm interested. Let me check which i dun have and will get from u by this weekend. Where are u staying btw? Im moving to my new place in Casa Clementi. -
Hmm, not that I know of. We are accessing the website in Chinese. But you can search using English word and they will find the items in Chinese for you, e.g. carpet, wallpaper, etc. Alternatively, use Google to translate the items (English to Chinese) you want to find then copy and paste into Taobao. Hope this helps!

Yup,have been busy lately with work and baby, plus waiting for the wallpapers from Taobao to be delivered so not much update until now. Moving in somewhere late this month...so excited!

String curtain from Gmarket for our walk-in wardrobe Abolished the idea of fabricating a customized wine display cabinet by ID. Instead we bought 3 x LACK shelves from Ikea Bought these shelves for our storeroom (from Jinyu Trading @ Geylang) Finally decided to install grille in hall & service yard since our baby is learning how to walk/climb now

Where To Buy Reasonable Iron Rack For My Store Room?
Mummy Ling replied to lprenotalk's topic in DIY Corner
Bought the L-shaped black shelves from JinYu finally. They are opened on Sunday. Self collected and finally agreed on $240 for the L-shaped shelves, after negotiating down from $260. Not that heavy, so to those who wana save the $30 delivery and your car can fit, this is something to note. -
Oh it has been posted before on pg2 of our thread. Anyway, below are the pics :

No, it is FOC

Where To Buy Reasonable Iron Rack For My Store Room?
Mummy Ling replied to lprenotalk's topic in DIY Corner
To recap from the feedbacks gathered, below are the 3 shops : Thian Lee URL : http://www.thianlee.com.sg/pro.htm# Love the L-shape tubular shelves in black epoxy because chrome plated ones will rust if come into contact with water or due to high humidity in Singapore. Need to measure my bomb shelter before asking them for quote. Jin Yu URL : http://www.jinyu-trading.com/product-listing/black-wire-shelving-page/ Did not see the L-shape when I was there today but quoted $135 for the normal black epoxy 4-tiers shelves(chrome one is $150). Delivery for an extra $30. Seems like a family business, the lady in office serve me while asking an Uncle(seem like her dad, speak Teochew) for the dimension/weight if I self-collect. UNS URL : http://www.uns.com.sg/shelving-racks.html Miss this shop when I visit Jin Yu, which is just beside Howell URL : http://www.howellunited.com.sg/shelvingracking_2.htm Have not check them out yet. These shelves can withstand load of max 200kg! Not sure about those from Ikea/supermarkets but highly doubt they are stronger. -

Hey Gary, stack 303 huat ah!

Oh, we removed the wooden HDB door and replaced it with Besglas sliding bi-fold door (EZI door series). Cost per door : $328 including installation (add GST to get the final amt). You can check out their website here : http://www.besglas.com/pd_ezi_door.html
-
Agree! Very constrain to pang sai or taking a bath with the partition and PD door Best is to remove them and you will attain the "freedom" to move around in the bathroom Removing the PD door to the service yard and sealing it up is optional - see what best suits you/in-laws.
-
Noted & thanks for warning us This is the reason why we are asking the carpenter to change from 1 full height to 2 half height drawers to make it sturdier. We don't forsee putting many pots (or heavy stuff) as we seldom cook...hur hur!
-
Remove bi-fold door provided by HDB Remove the partition and the 2 PD doors provided by HDB Remove the basin provided by HDB FOC for all of the above removal Seal up the opening to service yard with matching tiles - $600

Oh yes, kerb is built. The setting up of the glass shower screen requires the building of the shower kerb, thus did not explicitly mention that. Good point mentioned for the benefits of the rest
