    it is realli a personal peference on wat surface to use. there is both pro n cons for all. u can oso do a sink and stove supprot which uses tiles. at the end of the day is wat outlook u prefer..

    Very hard to comment on ur quote coz of no measurement.. will be good to compare more quotes but in the end, is about the service u get... even if in the end u pay a slightly higher price but with an ease of mind, I can tell u is totally worth spending..

    the quote u have is pretty standard.. what really matters most is your contractor has a good attitude and follow up. meanwhile, i m just curious your u do overlay for the toilet?? to hack n relay wont cost you alot more since u are already hacking... overlaying may cost u some problems in 5-7 years
