    Is it possible to build a loft bedroom (above living room with 6m ht and 15sqm area ) with privacy for teenager?Also, loft above the living room doesn't have windows that can open. Would that be very stuffy?Appreciate advice from all. Thanks.

    Hi all, saw from the earlier post that their quotation is quite similar to that of Ideal House. Is it still the case? Met with ID today for first round discussion and have a very good impression of her. She is the 2nd ID (after meeting up with 6 ID) who is able to provide very good and unique ideas on the first appointment. If their quotation is on par with Ideal House, we might sign up with them.

    Since a new Condo/DBSS comes with most of the wardrobes and kitchen installed, do you still look for a ID? I am not too interested in a feature wall for the TV though.

    Hi bepgof, Thanks for the valuable information. Actually not all the walls have wallpaper... like maybe just 1 or 2 sides of the walls... So should cost few hundreds huh? Wat's abt those TV feature wall? Roughly same cost as removal and disposal of built-in WR?

    Hi, I am on the hunt for resale flats recently and saw that there are some unit which has many in-built wardrobe/cupboards and even wallpapers. How much to remove such in-built stuffs? After removing them, need to repair the wall? If so, how much would it cost? What abt wallpaper? What is the cost of removing the wallpaper? Do you also nego with the seller to remove them first or to give discount on COV? Thanks.
