I have a 3 room flat coming also, not planning to do the whole hse, Most prob jus kitchen cabinet, mbr wardrobe, settee and tv console in living rm, plus electrical wiring for extra power points,lightings installation and aircon trunkings. We thought of going for ala carte services too, BUT the main problems are 1. what is the correct flow of renovation? as in, who do what first?? 2. how do we know they are doing the works correctly? (we hav no experience!) any kind soul can advise or perhaps recommend a renovation coordinator(does this role exist?)?? Many thanks in adv!!
