Master Chang audited my resale 4 room flat months ago and are still answering my sms till today. I have moved in for 3 weeks already and things seems quite well but agree with StarB that it doesn't work magically 100%. There are many elements to consider especially if there are different ppl with completely different bazi under the same roof. For eg, my mom has strike 4D just last week but on another day, my husband sprained his ankle when playing soccer. Match one doesn't mean will match all... I also never follow his instructions fully so have no complaints as long as things are moving well now and family all getting along : ) *Peace* It all also depends on individual's expectation... how good is the good you want which you are not getting or how bad is it that you cannot tolerate? Do consider talking to him again if you still have doubts until things is right (if he is still giving you free consultation after the audit years ago then why not?). Otherwise, if things still don't work out as you have expected, go find another FSM ba, if it will make you feel better... Hope things will turn out well for you!

Went to Novena and finally decided to get our beds from them. 1 Queen size and 2 super single size Four Star storage beds with mattress at a bargain price of $3130. Initially wanted to get from Beds.sg but it turned out that Novena is cheaper overall and Four Star's quality should be better. They even threw in some freebies for us. So quite a good buy, I felt. Hopefully the delivery and installation will go well and on the date/time as fixed

Congrats on your new home! Wah!! The house condition worse than mine... I also have very tight budget... Initially looking at $12k and below but the cheapest quote stills works out to be 20+k... Still in the mist of negotiating with the contractor - trying to do away with some item... Which Id/contractor did you engage? All the best to your reno ya -

Site Visit Day Met 3 contractors today which took about 1.5hrs each. Very enthusiastic talking to the first one who have also contributed many of his own ideas. Second one - still felt good as he is very nice and easy to talk to, listen to us and provided resolutions according to our own ideas. Third one - abit "sian" liao cuz have repeated the same things twice already - some moments dun even feel like talking at all... perhaps also because he is like those "old bird - lao jiao" one, very experience, every now and then need to stop the discussion as he will sketched everything we discussed on pieces of paper - 3D one leh... Once stop, I really dun feel like continuing the conversation. But my man still ok, still talking to him even when he is sketching... HaHa! Will be getting their quotations over the next few days

Will 4 weeks be enough to do simple reno for my resale 4rm as shown/mentioned above? Sellers are actually not staying there liao so have initially agreed to let us start reno in early May i.e. give us keys four weeks before completiong date but changed their mind yesterday. they said that a relative told them to charge rental, if no rent then shouldn't give us the key earlier. So ultimately, even when their agent explained that we are not staying there and have applied for the utilities under our name already, they did not want to give us access to the house four weeks earlier liao.. they will only let us have the keys two weeks before completion date. Fortunately, the buyer for my existing flat agreed to give us another two weeks after the completion date to clear the place. So total we will have four weeks to reno. Is 4 weeks enough? What should I do first? Where should i start? When to get electricians and painter in, separately? Have a few quotes from some contractors and ID liao but probably not using ID already due to low budget.
