    Hi guys... Just wonder what are the options available and rates for the house insurance. I saw a letter from Chartis asking for my home to be insured and the price is 3++/5yrs. Any1 from here have subscribed to this? The insurance is included the content and renovated content as well....worth to subscribe? Thanks in advance...

    I am using HG and G and my wifey is complaining the water pressure is relatively small but i am ok with it.I can say i am satisfy with the products.The price can range from 200+ to 2000+....depends what u want and budget...

    I am using the Resilient floor...so far no problem and minimal maintenance as it is waterproof...

    Well...i did mine chemical cleaning after 2yrs as well...200 buck including gas for the same brand.The compressor needs to maintain the air flow otherwise the aircon will not function well...atleast not optimum i guess.

    Wow....5K for 2 bedrooms is rather bery ex Normally laminate flooring range from 3.5 - 7.5 psf.U can do ur math... As for bamboo...i m not so sure...

    Hi guys,just wonder...for laminate floor there will be a under layer before the actual 1 being place on top right.So for the underlayer we have to pay or normally included?

    I just went to Blve&Blue and was impressed by the carpentry work but have not decided to use them for carpentry work only or the whole reno.I will be meeting them soon next week and see what will be the outcome and update u guys...

    Yeah..and that will be after i confirmed the ID.As it is very difficult to get a load if i have different contractors!! For that sake.......i think i will not take the idea of having multiple contractors. Thanks guys........

    Hi all the experts,i just got my flat and planning to do the reno and just wonder wats the process like. I have my own contractor for tile,i have my contractor for kitchen cabinet,and a different ID. So i just wonder which part come 1st... Hack all the tiles in the house,hack the old kitchen and relay it then do the toilet piping and install of the rest?
