ya lo... regret of collecting it so early. That time was excited when we can collect the keys. Cannot concentrate on studies… So decide to collect the key first then say… But then Nov and Dec we are preparing our exam. No time or might as well say tired to go check the defects. Cause only Fri night, Sat and Sun we can study… We did clean up the unit twice but still so dusty so give up. Then Jan we went back to check the defects... Burn 4 weekends to paste the masking tape, write and number it for them. Find that it is a waste of time to do all this. They just peel off the masking tape without rectifying the defects... haha... true true. They are suppose to finish their rectification work this week. No call from them. Tired of dragging the whole process already. Waste time and energy to push them... HDB reminds me of the movie "jus follow law" hahaha... Ask them do a thing - Push here push there, very slow. Send them e mail and we shooting here and there. Appointment has to be from 9 am– 6 pm, Mon to Fri… Because they work 9 am– 6 pm SHARP, Mon to Fri… Cannot OT one…

Meet up with HDB this morning... i didnt scold or show my anger... let the guys talk... need to wait 2 more weeks for them to rectified, i very gan chiong... But still i cannot accept the uneven... let them do the rectification first then see how... the officer this time is better then the previous one... i lazy to re check again the tiles... need to tell them which one uneven, i very tired. maybe after they cleaned up, i go back and see... THANKS DEVIL!

is it... who is the neighbour? then the neighbour in the end get to change the tiles? they nv replace those uneven one for me... onli put the white white material / plaster over it... looks nice on the surface... but will drop leh... me so angry over it since yesterday. how can they do that... wasting my time.

Morning... the work was like sh*t! they use white material to cover the uneveness. I use finger to rub over the tiles between tiles the part all dropped off! FED UP. told them to relay tiles and not to add the grout and they still do it! tell me the flat is ready when so many not done.

dunno it is a good news or bad news. HDB actually didnt reply me. But The contractor already finish their defects rectification. They dunno use wat tiles to replace those serious one. Going to see the tiles tonight. Asked them to update me on the tiles that changed but no... They say they dunno. then i have to re check again??? OMG!

ya lo... they keep delaying. so sian...

Morning! some updates again. Last week, keep following up with the HDB for defects... Mr aNs was real fed up and called to the HQ to complaint... Now get to wait again. Wait for their call... We ask for a change of Officer in charge... The Officer say "give us a chance la" (give them a chance to B*ll Sh*t!) this sentence like so familar... they used it on one of our neighbour b4 after she meet dunno how many times with the HDB...

i am going to find MP if the last method wun works. Will seeing the MP works?? so sian of 'running' around to juz get a simple things done. they complete?? i dun care if they complete or not complete. if i find anything not done properly for the house, then i wun sign any form and do wat survey... angry!

dun scare me leh... i nv notice or read the T & C also. Signed with them but haven start reno. like wat HSH21 said, here there are quite a few home owner using them. So i think they are quite realiable? RADAC and CASE is a warrenty for home owner. If they have it then better la. More security... But for reno company to sign up with RADAC or CASE, the reno company need to pay a certain fee to RADAC or CASE. I juz feel that there is no need for a good reno company to waste that $ to pay to a 3rd party for warrenty if their work, service or workmanship is good. so, its up to individual... if there is problem occurs, u will be glad that the reno company signed up with RADAC. if u trust your ID, then no need RADAC also nvm...

sad to say... their "professional" is a lie... its a real headache right? why cant they juz do it nicely once and for all... they juz wun change anything for u in your house. (maybe unless we make a REAL big Fuss over it) if not, they will juz amend and amend... pissed off by them also.

the HDB tiles provided by the HDB contractor is $8 per piece for 400 x 400... i asked twice... confirm she say $8... anyway, nvm... i will not pay any single cents... fed up with HDB contractor already... keep flipping here and there. one moment say all done, another moment say still laying tiles, then last week say not enough tiles, this week say enough liao, ….. dunno wat funnie things r they trying to do… submit my defect list 3 – 4 weeks ago… intend to start reno end of this mth… haiz…

huh... ours is homo tiles... 400 x 400... 400 x 400 is more ex?? i count for 5room living area 400 x 400 needs about 300 tiles, 600 x600 needs about 160 tiles. so add and minus is about the same price la... depend on the tiles price u choose also. BTW, the tiles at our area, one piece cost $8 from the contractor.
