hi, mine also with the same problem as urs... extra holes from drilling in wrong positions, the inner wood with patches, door not in line, etc... I am asking for them to solve the problem for me. But they have yet to come.

Mine can see wood in between the joint also. Think should be bad workmanship. Feel sad about the bad workmanship. Asked the ID to do sometime, his reply his “its like that for all the joining” What can I do to minimize exposure of the wood?

ID confirmed that the tiles he provide is good quality! Glad that he explained and confirmed about the quality of the tiles. Acutally, we r not particular about the tiles from which shop. As wat I have mentioned, it looks 100% more better then the original one! I tried to load photo yesterday, but dunno y i am unable to load. Maybe I need to install the camera software then can transfer. Try again this weekend ba. Painting will be done by this Friday. ps. anyone know how to delete own t blog?

ya... was worried that the design we choose not nice then we went to a few tiles shop to see any other design. We bring the sample there also. The shop itself also say they dun have that design for that range of stainless tiles. nvm la, since SBH also dun have that design we might also not getting from them also. cause we both choose the same design. After seeing lots of tiles from different shop, Our final decision also the same tiles choose from the ID shop.

icic... i dun need the no smell type... Juz heard from bro that easywash and the normal 3in1 is very good already. So i guess my ID using good paint. He will paint my house with oil sealer also... For the tiles, Cause my friend see the code is not from SBH. brand is nvm la... we both like the design so its ok. His workmanship is good! Nice and no uneven!!!

Hi all, long time no update Was really headache recently. We have actually decide to pay some $$ to relay the living room tiles. Cause H*D workmanship and the tiles really cannot make it. Bought the tiles from ID. Choose it at his shop. Was told that it was from SBH. but recently, I found that the tiles are not from SBH. I dun mind actually about the brand. Cause we both likes the design of the tiles. but I felt abit lost in trust with the ID. If the tiles brand he can lie to me, does that means other things also? Maybe the tiles are actually the same? Maybe the tiles he provide is better then SBH one?? The tiles and the workmanship is definitely 100% better then the H*B! So since we are very satisfied with the result, the brand… forget it… not going to ask about it. Today will be painting. Talk about the range of paint. I think mine is normal one also. Bro Devil did remind me to ask about the paint range. But I dunno wats the diff leh. See liao all same. We choose from the catalogue, cannot choose the 3-in-1 range. Feel abit sad for this. But I think at least can last for 5 years ba? After 5 years, maybe we decide to change colour? Hehee… We are using Nippon paint as recommended by the ID. Is Nippon paint better? So far, he is great. His service is good. Reply promptly. We have asked to add in a few small items; he nv say there is charges. So we have to compromise. ID need to earn $$ also. Those he can absorb, he will absorb. So conclusion, he is still good for the price we are paying. No photo to load, all in the camera… when I free then load ba. Almost forget, was told that TAK laminate is better. I think also Bro Devil told me? Mmmm, my ID say recently he have customer complaint that some TAK laminate will grow mould… Is that true? I actually wanted to request to use TAK one. Then after hearing the mould incident, we were worried, so stick to the brand he recommended. He says he will mix the laminate brand to use. The tiles issue is non stop... They like to drag here and there. Getting bad to worst. So juz let it go. My ID start work liao, so nvm la… Juz now the service center call and tell me my defect all rectified and ask me to go down sign the acknowledgement. Huh? This morning I juz called the H*B contractor. They haven finish wan me to go sign. I tell her to check with the H*B contractor. Lol…

After cpmplaint about the urine in my toilet, the H*B afraid that I make noise to change NEW toilet bowl. They cleaned it for me and sent me photos to my e-mail. They even paste it with masking tape. haha... OK, paste also no use. Now the masterbedroom toilet bowl water leakage. lol... dunno they repaired liao anot.

downlight... those small in square size one ah? Halogen light... hmmm, ur house too many lights la. Forget which one. I think my ID asked me to buy Halogen light also. All light have energy saving bulb? I go ask for all energy saving bulb? Will there be extra charges?

Since it is almost settled, so forget about it. Juz hope everything will be fine. Anyone knows what kind of light I should avoid buying? Those with high energy usage, I wan to avoid that…

i have no choice. My toilet is from HDB. How to install at the end of reno... haiz... Now forget about it. Juz make sure they dun do it again. Anyway, i got my schedule already this week is hacking and tiling work. Estimated hand over date is 9th Jun

Last week went back to see our house. Was very angry. Dunno whos worker urine at both of my toilet. My house no water, cannot flush... They even urine without lifting the cover! Can see a few drops of urine at the cover! My whole unit was so smelly that we cannot ta han. We call out ID immediately; he said that when he was there on Thur, the toilet was already full of urine. And he replied “its ok, I will clean it for u ASAP” Call to H*D contractor, she didn’t pick up the phone. No blame her, as it was a Sunday. Actually she replied after a few hrs that she is out stationed. Really very angry, I know its natural call. But at least clean it la... Can use water to clean ma. I let them use and they make it a mess.... I took the pic but I not going to load it here. Find that it is very disgusting… Yesterday, the H*B contractor call and told me that it was not her worker. She said “ur ID worker was there on Wed, my worker didn’t go up to your unit after Thur… So far from starting of rectifying ur house until now, I have told my worker not to use ur toilet and they nv used it.” So I think I have to believe her. I told her “There is no point to push here and there. Juz clean up for me will do” She said she will definitely clean it… did she clean? I dunno. But she is good enough to cover up my toilet and paste masking tape over so that no ppl will use it. I have no evidence to catch who did it… So forget about it ba. I see my house so yucks, I feel very sian. Lucky I have a very gd ID. He takes initiative to clean my toilet and also my bedroom! Even thought he haven start most of the work. Today is hacking work. My ID MSM me my parquet floor picture juz now. Looks shinny and nice! About the water leakage, he is also helping me to take a look. I am working, so no time to go check… glad that he is there to check for me… thanks...

H*B contractor's trolly... haha BTW, they really make full use of the things in my house. I bought my own chair to my house, they used it until I have no reason to keep the chair anymore... The tiles that they use, Wat brand is this? I also dunno... My two toilets after rectification. Nice? I feel that it’s the same... lol H*B Workmanship so poor...

haiz... today Mr aNs went for the appointment to turn on the utilities... He found that there is water leakage! haiz... so much trouble. My friend ask me to go pray pray for the house. She says seems like ur house is giving u so much trouble. anyway, i went to discuss the material and colour last week with my ID. one day finish most of the things. Glad to hear that My ceiling is done... Photo? i will load when i free. My ID is very gd, so far i feel relax to hand my unit to him.

I felt that I am quite lucky to have found this ID. Thank you Cheesecake. He was there at my house yesterday and today. While I am not there. haha... Yesterday, he informed me that my SCV point cannot conseal. He give suggestion to the problem... !! Today, he was there to do measuement. He told me that my wardrobe if made smaller will be better. Why? Cause the walking space he felt that making it 1000mm will be better. My wardrobe already so small... now even smaller.

Long time nv come here... Today start wiring work. Dunno how is the situation now. Decide the wiring point yesterday with ID. I felt that he should be experience enough to help to decide on the location... Kinda worried about the position and number of point. Worried that later not bright enought la, later not nice. Mr aNs is onli worried about if there is alot of light anot... lol... because... because... more light meaning more $$ gone... hahaha... Seems that ID is quite busy due to his office shifting of location. Ok, no choice but to remind him. Meeting him again this weekend. I also dun wish to waste $$ and time of others. I am a very fuzzy person, so if later do liao not good... i also will request redo one. So now might as well everything decide and confirmed clearly before doing.

Now waiting for dunno which/who from HDB to get back to the HDB contractor on the tiles... I think tentatively will start on 1 May la... Later call them and see how.

yaya... me too.. Work long hr also no OT pay.... haha... need extra $$ then have to work part time... hahaha... Friday liao... yeah. i like friday most, all my energy comes back.
