  1. I believed they have noted your order and awaiting for your instructions on when to deliver them. Let me share with you my experience: I went down to GAB in early April to shop for all my electrical appliances. The SA was very friendly and knowledgeable, he knows the pros and cons of all major brands and will give you advice on which brand to buy based on your needs/budget. In the end he suggested I choose RINNAI gas hod+hood and BOSCH appliances for: Washer Dryer Wine cooler Dishwasher Induction Hob Conventional Oven Microwave oven He took down my orders and asked me to call him a week before delivery. I was prepared to pay a downpayment / or in full but he insisted that there no need to. He promised me as long as at the time I placed order and there is stock from suppliers, he would keep the inventory for me. In May, when I visited the Harvey Norman shop in Suntec City, while browsing the BOSCH department, the SA told me that the induction hob is out of stock and gotta wait till late June/early July. I immediately called up GAB, expecting to be informed that my induction hob would be delayed but to my surprise, they told me all my items are reserved and waiting for my delivery. I am moving into my new apartment this Friday and all the appliances are in place in my kitchen! I am very impressed with GAB's customer service. They may not always have the cheapest deal in town but the service you received is definitely worth it. Just would like to share my personal opinion. hope this helps!
  2. Hi there, My new place currently has a StarMex System 2 and a Standalone Mr Slim (both non-inverter) inherited from my previous owner. After the renovation, I will need 2 more units of aircon for a 2nd bedroom and the kitchen. Will someone advises me on whether should i get just a new System 2 Inverter only OR remove the standalone Mr Slim and buy a new System 3 for the 2 new locations and also include the current MBR served by the Mr Slim unit. I am more keen to change my MBR to inverter as i do spend quite a bit of time in the room over weekends, inverter aircons should help me save in the long run? Are there any special considerations i need to take to maintain the aircon unit for the kitchen? Any advices are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced! SL
