I think women r really fickleminded or juz me? Now I regret black n white toilet...MAYB shd b all black? Sigh...Though quite nice but but...hmmmm Tiling mostly done but I knw some areas not enough tiles so still got to wait. So far plastering also done...I love how smooth the walls became! Now only my hubby's Fren fault for delaying the wiring...人情价so cannot complain???

I also looking to buy at least a 46" or even bigger TV. I heard the price gonna drop like crazy in Jan..Wonder if I shd wait...Did consider samsung brand. Actually also not too sure what specs etc so leave decision to hubby...

Wai Wai - crooked lor...The ID siao de...He commented tat since the layout is so unique, everything layout has to b slanted n he had the cheek to ask for $2k designer fees!

Went shopping to see see washing machine today...I will b keeping the existing white one to wash doggie clothings n stuff n buy a new one...So my new purchase has to b white again? Reno is so tiring...So many things to consider...I envy yr brick wall which I gave up due to my sliding glass door... I had to choose wallpaper instead...

Contractors doesn't mean they r not gd IDs. My contractor told me honestly tat he cannt draw 3D though he got cert in designs. Hence, he got someone to draft out my 3D using his ideas. I think not every ID/contractor knows everything. I saw mine often discussed with tilers, the Aircon technician the best way to do the job. He does input ideas or solutions but I find the best person to advice is sometimes a very experienced worker who is doing the job. It's untrue to say that workers juz follow instructions blindly. I met a few obstacles regarding my floor tiles levelling, right position to tile etc. The tilers actually shown me the best way n even propose alternatives when I disagree. We hv gd discussion with main contractor, Tilers n even Gain city technician! I am kind of fussy but nice to workers so MAYB they willing to try fulfilling my expectations...

Price not cheap...I shall consider cos my master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe..tks ya!

How much u bought for the wall decals? I thought of it b4 but might go for clock instead. My home cannot b too sweet since it's gonna b cool cold grey, black n White... I am not too gd at DIY leh..I already spent lots of time on selecting decals n wallpapers...Reno really headache Lor.,.

Wow wow! Swee swee swee! We got something similar! I bought the same black bedhead n 2 White couches! I dun dare to go for too baroque theme cos NO budget n hubby die die prefer more industrial look.. Hence, I add some punch of baroque theme in certain areas Lor...Love yr design to bits! So classy!!!!!

How's the PD door? I love yr staircase leh...How I wish I hv too...I love the privacy of having party downstairs without disturbing others in the bedrooms n walking the flights of steps is a gd form of exercise!

Yr layout is unique! Did u face problems with silly ID/contractor who said TOO difficult to design? We met a few...Personally found them dumb cos our house doesn't look tat odd in reality... I suppose yr layout is only unique in floor plan while in reality it's not so odd shape...Happy Reno n I find that most members here got wonderful taste for colours! I am the boring one...

Hope u got the windows problems solved ASAP! We gave up on laminate flooring as my chihuahua will mark anywhere if he decides to spite us! Most importantly, the colour n the quality we choose for the planks cost more than tiles. Now I got my wallpaper to worry about...Sigh...my precious Bb can b naughty at times. I tot of wrapping clear plastic below the Walls where he can pee... We hv similar headboard! Ha! But ours will b black with bling bling crystals...

I am rather fussy so my contractor knew it fr the start...I do felt bad abt them having to scrape out the grouting for the kitchen wall tiles though...The reason y we go for grey floor tiles r also cos we do not wan to face black stained grout in future...The tilers n contractor do understand so they r trying to accede our request!

Can check how much u paid for the exhaust fan? From KDK? Wonder if I should install...

Renovation process is like building yr dream castle...I am glad that it's so far still v up to my satisfaction n expectation! We hv extraordinary taste as we dare to b different! We Gonna spend a long long time together in this castle!
