U really r such a capable woman with many brilliant ideas! To handle 2 boys r handful and not to mention that u r handling 3 on yr own! I salute u! Where did u get yr small console? I might buy it for my sons to use it in their bedroom as side table. Can cover the aircon trunking too! How much is it? I also intended to do suspended study table for my twins. May I know what is the study table height? I am concerned that my twins will b too tall n when they get up or sit down, the drawers will hit their leg...I believe that yr sons should b quite tall so I like to ask u to help me to measure again...from the floor to the drawers. As mine will b built under the windows, height also quite limited so I am thinking to forgo if necessary... Tks alot for helping me to ans all my dummy questions!

Liverpool11- tks for yr comment. I hv not done my tv console yet. I am juz wondering the height clearance of 14inch cos my tv console can't b tat height... I think normal tv console height is abt 10-12inch only. I will write to Opennet to check instead. My tv console will b similar to the abovementioned. I hv asked around n know that their so call service is juz a small cleaning device.

Now shortlisted abt 2k each bed but must with storage as their room r small..Praying hard tat I can match my budget... I am using electric cooker- only 2 stove so I guess should b alright. I put it at side cos I wanted flip up top cabinets...Aiya..I dun like to put in middle as the 350mm space each side is sort of not spacious for me...Can put wat??? Now it's the open net issues which r driving me nuts! They told me they need a height of 14inch to place inside tv console? For yrs, can u measure yr height? Also for yr RJ45panel, is it u got 4ports in living room then also 1RJ45 panel(1-2)ports in each room? My hubby's fren is helping to run n I wanted to make sure it's right...Pardon me for being dumb dumb... Ok...Kill or shoot me! This open net is driving me nuts! Came today to run the fibre first so I can up my false ceiling...They hv not install the terminal box cos I wanted to hide inside my tv console..,Opennet contractors told me quite impossible as they need a clearance of 14inch? What ABC u talking abt? I ask for pictures n they said they do not have leh... My tv console will b suspended n the usual 2piece glass flipped down in the middle...So cannot hide inside my tv console meh? They claim the subscriber cannot install the modem or watsoever... I saw Sis Mae's one n agreed it was a great idea but anyone got hide inside the tv console pics? Help!!! My contractor also said must clarify with carpenter n dun understand wat this open net contractor was talking abt...Ok, I believe renotalk can give me better ideas pls......

For yr cooking stove, I saw that it's on the right hand corner, does it obstruct yr cooking? Any obstacles u faced? Tks!

U dun need la...My pipes r all exposed so I need...Moreover need to drill holes into tile..2bathroom n kitchen clips cost me $100 Liao...

8 yrs ago I used these stainless steel clips for my stainless steel water pipes n it still looks so gd! Now I am using them again! As my water pipes r exposed, these would definitely look better! Not cheap at $1plus per clip...However they r really $ well spent! I hv to compliment the plumber for drilling the clips so neatly!

Jon - oh oh..how? I got mine to b rectify after I show my contractor the pics! As my bathroom r doing industrial, I won't b conceling any pipes so I am very particular! Anyway, it's the skill n the bender the workers used which caused the wrinkled joints...I am quite firm person when I requested a redo, I meant business...

Tks to those who kindly read my blog and gave me support n solutions...I am going on a slow pace for Reno as I want to make sure that things r right before we moved on since ID/contractor always said cannot CHANGE!

Impossible = I'm possible! Actually it's not tat I am being fussy or difficult..ID/contractor shd take pride in their work! Anyway, I know that workers r still employees so I won't scold them. I juz wasn't happy that the contractor told me that it's impossible to bend properly n I over exaggerated on my previous home stainless steel pipes...Y shd I? I was juz dumb not to hv pics of previous home to show nia... I do not enjoy arguing over small issues n prefer to get things done...Hence, a pic from a fren is enough n FULL STOP!

Hohoho...I juz need to show 1 pics n enough to keep him shut up! They rectify it today! I am a person who believes everything is possible....

Hey Jonnybravo! That's a gd one! Contractor dumbfounded n apologetic now! He promised to rectify it. Yes, tiling is GREAT so I try to give n take but then I already emphasize - those can see must b NICE! Plumber came up with a solid excuse - the bend machine was old n will get new one 2moro! I also told him - yes, I am woman but doesn't mean I am ignorant....Some things cannot means cannot! Hubby said dun penalize on 1 issue so ok, let him rectify it n we shall see how..

Hey Aegis, pop by my blog to see pics of my pipes so u can go n bomb yr contractor/ID too! When there is a will, there is a way! Tell him - Always ask yrself, accept yr own b4 forcing others to accept! My contractor was dumbfounded when he saw my pics! He gonna rectify it!

I had checked with 2 other plumbers n they said it's supposed to b like tat if I do not wan elbow joints.. However, I do have hv these issues 8yrs ago for my pipes. Hiccup today! Wasn't happy with the water piping!!! We do not wan elbow joints as my stainless steel pipes 8yrs ago was done with gd bending! See the below - though I asked Jaskel for opinions - he said this is normal for stainless steel piping.. Can u all post yr pipings ?

Tks so much for dropping by n kind compliments! I started to fall in love with my black n white bathroom today! Ha..Ya, too black n my kitchen is so dark... My tiles r completed today! Now tiles left some touch up work for water pipes n also my box up aircon trunkings... I explain 2moro as I forgot to take pics.. On a side track, I stared in mirror today - wah, I so tired n stress to do mask n I got white, black taiko head on my face! Applying my charcoal saviour mask! Phew! Tiles completed so 1big issue off the chest! It's gg to b carpentry but then touchwood! I quite confident n excited to see effect! For Workmanship, I viewed 3sites - sorry Kiasu n KPO so my contractor patiently brought me to see his work lor... I love it! Praying praying hard!!!
