Thanks! master put a table fan may not be possible coz the window is quite above the bay window ... so what will happen if i changed and dont ask? think i wont open the windows for the whole day, maybe only at night when i am in the living room .....

I called the mgmt first time and they said ok. Then my contractor say he cannot. However i got another contractor to say ok and gave me the quote as well. Now i called the mgmt again and they changed to NO. and the guy is very impatient and even hang up my call.... I am very confused now. So can i widen my awning window in the living room or not? Currently they only open for like 10cm max, it is too small for the air circulation.... Or any one know that who esle i can call to ask? The guy from mgmt is too bad temper.... Thanks!!

Hi, I am thinking buying a sofa but really interested in good deals (tight budget...sigh...) Have any one brought from this Shop: Sierra Designer Furniture(just opposite IFC). Went there last saturday and found an Lshape fabric sofa is around 1400 (including all). Looks not bad. Worth it or not? How is the quality? How long can i use it? Thanks!!
