congrats on ur collection of keys applefreak slowly compare whether u want ID or contractor.. both have their pros and cons... find one u feel comfortable and hope things goes smoothly for u

maybe u can try something.. they got the sample right? maybe u can try to scratch it... u see how obvious the black against the white.. if the ID allows it.. i did that for my selection of the solid top.. we scratch until our ID also start to scratch all to see how much difference it look and took the least obvious one.. just a tip.. black colour solid top with a scratch will be obvious.. do it if ur ID allows u scratch the samples..

kenmura that is really sweet... well u can buy those things that u like later... in bulit one oven is one invest but u need to do it first.. lcd can get later.. toilet bowls can get the cheaper ones.. living together is to compromise.. that is a big test of relationship.. we dont have much of things to talk about.. nothing great but we are happy what we can get for our budget... even now we still have alot of things we want to get but we just have to put it on hold until we can budget out.. slowly u can make ur place beautiful.. do it all at once is very costly.. so work slowly and u see it coming out nicely...

zeny - the kitchen top windows are open most of the time.. bottom is close to prevent rain... if i am home will keep them open... homeowner thanks will check out in NTUC for the items.. maybe cannot use that paint or must use anti mold paint for kitchen... oh... 20 mins to leave in the pot? hmmm erh.. not that.. bottom rice are fried.. brown in colour.. while the top areas are too wet.. dont matter how much water we put in... then nothing to worry about.. u can approach other IDs liao... no black n white they cant do anything... one thing u have to note, never to pay any $$ to any ID/ contractor unless u are really interested in them to do ur place.. if not, u can just move on to another ID/contractor.. some more 1 month didnt get back to u? try to look for IDs or contractors... 100 maybe painful but they are not really interested to get back to u? that is really bad... them man... HO BEE also quite popular... forgot the ID name liao... maybe others can help.. haha spammer must spam more that is the true blue spammer~

Hello there, hmm interesting kelvin would say that... didnt know Kelvin personally but he is highly recommended in the forum. anyway, my friends in the forum had done that before, the deposit can exchange for other things or give up. its very common... if they find that they prefer other IDs or they give a better deal. its actually a customer world to choose the IDs now.. but seriously u dont need to tell the ID u went for other IDs for quotation. the main thing is to get quotations to compare and understand the market rate.. sorry to hear that.. but u can approach other IDs for quotations.. dont worry so much.. if u paid 10% deposit of the reno amount, usually u would not go for another ID already.. anyway, there is a lot of IDs out there.. slowly find.. no rush.. u can find a lot of information from the forum and learnt some thing or two.. if u see a few quotations, u will know what to look out for... usually meeting up once with the ID and signing up with them is quite rare unless they are recommended by friends or family.. dont commit urself so fast.. its quite tiring but do abit of homework will help u in the long run.. dont forget, u must feel comfortable with the ID and can tell them if u dont like something, i want to change it... not feel paiseh with them.. like that things will be much easier to work with when things went wrong ...
