Hi All, This is the first time I bought a house (resale 4 room flat) and I'd like to do some changes on the following items:- 1) Install a wardrobe in master bedroom. There's no wardrobe in the current master bedroom. 2) Hack masterbedroom attached bathroom completely. (floor, wall tiles, and reinstall bathroom fittings etc) 3) Install a TV console & feature wall in living room 4) Hack one wall between kitchen and living room (need to hack off 1 row of kitchen cabinet here) & install a kitchen counter, sliding glass door (optional) 5) Paint whole house Anyone has any idea how much would it cost roughtly? I have a very tight budget... Thank you for your guidance.

Hi Kitchen Matter, I would like to get a built-in oven. Do you've any recommendation? I would mainly use it for baking, grilling & roasting. I intend to install it in the middle of the kitchen bar. Would there be any problem?
