Hi all , I had paid a deposit for construction of built in wardrobe to Porzia Concept Design. Paid a $300 deposit at the Singapore expo and further $2700 when Kelvin come down to my new place to take measuremen 2 weeks ago. The installation day is today (23/08/2011)! Today I tried to call Kelvin and the carpenter who came to my place to retake measurements, which is fishy business , installation is today and yesterday request to come and retake measurements? To my shock, no body pick up my call at all and no one comes to my place to install the wardrobe!!!!! I understand from other discussions that some others also had bad experience with Kelvin(from Porzia concept) and that they have also change name a few times and most of the problem relates to laminate flooring. So I would like to seek help from fellow forummers: 1) if u have make a police report, which police station u go to and who u spoke to? 2) for the forummer who engage the debt collector, what is the outcome and can u recommend the debt collector to me also! 3) how many who feedback at this forum still had not got the stuff as per contract. I urge anyone of u who have similar experience to contact me and we can do something together cos I find it ironical that this guys can go on like this for so long! hi beanurd33, this is to answer your question: May I know which Master Zhang did you engage? How is the result? Any improvement i engage the master zhang with hp # ending 5090. its about a month since my house is audited, but i am only slowing implemeting the things that he told me to, like placing things at certain location, water feature and etc. as at now, there is only a major thing that he has instructed, but i haven do, that is to shift the stove or fridge location, cos it is a bit costly for me to do so now. of course, master zhang gave a alternative way to solve the problem, but it means inconvenience, imagine the fridge not in the kitchen. One month on, whether it is physcological a not, i am not sure, but i feel good now and suddenly i feel good about very thing and things a little bit more smooth also, but i did not have 'windfall or struck toto or 4d' if this is what u want to know also. but generally, i am stil allowing more time perhaps for the 'qi' in the house to improve, i think i am still monitoring the things for 2 more months or more. and i will have to solve the kitchen suggestion soon. overall, i have a good experience with him. He was at my place for abt 5 hrs, so long because i think he did all the mapping and drawing on the spot, and of course all the Q& a included. hope this is useful. regards, lim

Hi, Mine is not partition, he only ask me to put thin strip of wood right at the toilet entrance Thickness of wood as long as enough to cover the hole under the door would be fine, maybe be about 5 mm. So jus thinking, how to do it and still look nice. Regards, Lim

hi all, just gotten my house audited by master zhang and recommended to put a piece a wood at the entrance of the coomon and master bedroom toilet. this is to prevent the 'QI' from leaking into the toilet when it is travelling in the house. the area outside both toilets are all parquet flooring. and i am wondering how and who can install a extra piece of wood for me there without the place looking too ugly. so like to chk if any one got similar advice also from fsm and how u do up the place. pls share, and thanks a lot in advance. regards, lim
