  1. Hi all, i had met up with Alvin from Matrix Concept after reading some post about him. He is very friendly and he seems very interested and take pride in his work. However, due to my budget of 25K.... the quote that he gave me was around 30+K without any electrical work included... So if i am to add up my electrical work, total damage will amount up to 32K plus.... Can anyone help me to see whether is the quotation reasonable? Or is there anyway to reduce it down to my budget... Seriously need help.... this is my original floor plan... This is the propose layout plan from Alvin... A) General Areas Renovation Works 1) To supply construction sand for the entire house (for the flooring & wall area). - $ 450.00 2) To supply haulage service (eg. delivery of all tiles, building materials for ground floor to the project site, cleaning of all the debris for project site, etc.). - $ 400.00 3) To supply & install 01no. system 1 to 3 (Panasonic non-invertor) for the main bedroom, bedroom 2 & 3 (9,000BTU each) – including 01no. stainless steel bracket & using high moist absorber black insulator tubes. - $ 2,270.00 4) To supply & install 04nos.
