  1. Just bought a franke sink and realized it was badly dented when opened for installation! My contractor has said that it was already dented when opened but franke has refused to have it replaced. I did check the sink when it was delivered but the corners were wrapped in styrofoam within the covered plastic so I didn't check this 4 corners (95% of the sink was checked). What could have caused such a dent in your opinion? Would a franke sink made of steel be dented by being dropped or scratched against a wall or something? I tend to believe my contractor as they were there when i received the sink and saw that I've checked it. If they had damage it I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have attempt to say it was already dented when opened as I would have easily seen through it. What can I do in this instance??? http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/4229/franke.jpg
  2. Hi All, I'm intending to have a concealed piping but am not sure which material is best suited for the task. Most contractors would recommend copper due to it's ability to bend but a few other contractors says stainless steel can be bend as well. My main concern would be the reliability of the pipe as it's concealed and I don't want to have to pull it out some time in the future. Any recommendations on which I should use? Thanks!
