a lot depends on the dimension. e.g. "tempered glass wall for proposed study" How big u want the glass? cover the entire wall and a 2ft x 4ft makes lotsa diff... -
No prob... some contractor will take advantage when u say that u do not want to do inspection by SP services. they are looking to clear old stocks from the stock-up before the cable prices shoot north 1-2 years back.

15L surely not enuff... Design is important if the bathroom has space limit. I've just cracked my head for almost 2 hrs with my contractor coz of a 15L Ferroli. Ended up with a 25L Joven instead.

I have managed to find one from Nobel. 1/3 of the cost of doing it via ID. Sim Siang Choon has lotsa choices too! But only the Nobel one meets my want. -
The price of my WIW 1.8m x 2.4m cost difference is half between gypsum board and hollow block.

limited space in singapore... I rather have a larger bedroom and living room than a large kitchen. Nowadays, family size smaller, seldom cook also... not like last time, 4-5 children easily and always cook. Need more kitchen space.

Hrd from my contractors that some condo are using gypsum partition as wall!! The entire unit are configured by that! That's y can build so fast.... anytime can change layout with minimal disruptions! hahaha how can man...
