Contractor quoted me 700 to replace concealed pipe to exposed pipe from ceiling to cooker c/w submission, install the meter and test. Any idea if this is a good price or can press down further?

Do any of you have a Licensed Gas Worker to recommend? Evidently one of my concealed gas pipes has a minor leak and the City Gas man recommends replacing it since he's tightened all the joints already...
