Well if u are suspicious about them then it will be good that dont u reject them. As u feel suspicious and want to used them then u wont have an ease of mind. When they sms to you again u can reply to them.

From the overall quotes take a look on the capentry side and hacking. This two will be the most expensive and it already took about half of it already. So it u can minimize the carepentry work and hacking then u will save quite a lot on it. Do look for more quotes.

Hi Nerraw_warreN, pai sei so late then see ur message. Happy belated chinese new year. Well mine things also some defects but havent do yet. Will be meeting mine ID this weekend and show him the defects. So hows everything now then? !!

Btw i need to check with you is that the defects list u check or ur designer check for you? it will be good to check on your own as it is ur own house. some designers just check the only a few major and hidden defects thats all. Im not sure ur house is a premium or not as floor tiles and wall tiles plays a part too. For HDB to do the defects will take from weeks to months depends on how tight the schedule will be. For mine i keep pushing and the finish within one and half months.

Touch wood if anything happens to the tiles underneath how long will u be able to know by then? Also that when overlay the tiles it will not be 100% tiles are not hollow after overlaying, when that happens who to blame? If really on the budget then dont do too much capentry work first. Concentrate on tiles first and kitchen cabinet. the rest can be done up slowly. Dont make urself so tight and want to save on wherethe want to overlay or not. If really anything happens we willl need to burn a big hole in the pocket again not worth it.
