well it would be better then moving in everything and something happens right? then will be more headache and bigger hole in the pocket. !!

got floorplan? if possible show it here at least will know the picture of it... are ur wiring cable exposed or conceal? having ceiling fan? location? where u will install ur TV? got picture frames along ur passaegway and living area? how about sofa? where is it located? got water features inside? located?

what model to you refer to? you can ask advise from them and get info first. then ask from other dealers too. collect all the required info then you will be able to know which one is best for you.

i do agree with the wedding photo album thingy. spending a lump sum of photos and yet in the end put in one corner to collect dust. but still if wifey wants it can at least talk to her about the money involve.

try not to look at too many functions or higher technologies. i ask myself before what is fridge used for? mainly for storage. next is the energy savings which one is better. then ur pocket wont burn big big hole. hope it helps !!

Im not sure on what is the dimension of ur frosted glass. So most likely for me i would prefer to install it on the drawers which is on the left side of the drawings. since there are two of it, u can install on the top two. !!

Here are a few doubts: 1) Who is paying the money? 2) Who has the right to check their house on and off whenever and whereever the owner ones? 3) When anything happens who will dare to cover and who will give all sorts of excuse? It will be good to rectify, ask ur father in law to take photos and let u see if possible. Then u will have proof to let ur so called ID to see. Is this the quality that im getting it for paying such a lump sum of money? We are paying every cents that counts. ur ID say: i will do and arrange nicely....u don hv to worry so much and no need to ask me...i know wat he need to do. u can reply to him, if u know what to do why mine father in law called you and yet u havent settle it for me? price will be a big gap will be due to a few factors. where is the origin manufacture from? what is the consumption power? fully stainless or only coated stainless steel? easily to get the parts? warrenty wise?

nah. im using F&P fridge and washer. so far no problem at all.

if u got the time, u will be able to DIY urself. but professional and experience that counts.

Well this is a tough question. What theme u want for ur house? Ask urself what u want to reno ur house? But to take note that Carpentry and wet work is a killer. So if u want to do a lot of this two u need to set aside quite a lump sum.

I wont go to ID anymore thats for sure.

for living area with a ceiling fan cum L-box at the side will indeed make the whole living area looks crampy. And the lighting effect wont be that nice too. While u on the ceiling fan plus the light box is being light up, ur lightings is being wack by the fan. meaning got shadows of ur fans round and round. but still it will be good to look at the drawings before i can make comments on it. could u kinldy show us the drawings of ur living and foyer area? if u dont wish to expose then u can pm me the link too.
