Their running in a different type of motor in the compressor and the air-con. Therefore their pricing will be different. Also the compressor unit is different by 30366 - 25600 = 4766 BTU, this goes to the indoor unit too. R410A motor is a better version then R22. Hope it helps.

yes they are allow to do so. downstair grass patch is the no no no solution. Wat if really caught fire? who is to be blame? neighbour or goverment? funny sia.. i also twice a month but hor very very less smoke leh... think they tactic of burning of incense paper is not experience enough... thats a no no situation... fan suck in air from the back and the blow out in the front... if u put at the main entrance then ur lving room will be far more smoky.. u know what i mean? -
actually this thingys all are not required de... this is just to let us feel more secure. but is it really that secure? when things happen sure people will taji here and there. mine is same as MaCe, dont have GST registration also RADAC n CASETRUST n Hbay recognised. This will require do pay more on it. As they need to fee to apply this. For me, i find a nice and hardworking ID will do... save the rest of this....

Laminated Flooring
Devilaz replied to alister's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
For supreme there are a few types, AC3/ AC5 and enginner laminated. For engineer laminated is about the same grade as AC3. But slight better. It about the grade of AC4 from other brands. AC5 is as lawry mention. The grade is indeed superior then AC3 and AC4. If you want to know more. i can give u mine supreme contacts to you. PM me if u want it. -

Advice On My Quotation
Devilaz replied to numb's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
Please check the following things: 1) Check the condition of the existing tiles. As im not sure how old are the tiles. If condiiton ok then wont be an issues. if not would be adviseable to hack and relay instead of overlay 2) Painting for whole house - what are the brands and grade of paint u can choose? color wise? 3) Not sure hows the condition of shower screen. If can last for a few more years or more you dont need to change it unless ur shower screen is full height. Just need to re-adjust your current shower screen will do. Meaning shift the shower screen up. 4) For chemical wash issues, i dont think u are needed for it due to there arent new tiles involve. except toilet. Reno had involve in 1. Repolishing of existing marble floor **** room 2. Re-sanding & varnishing of existing parquet strip << not sure where is it. It is in all the bedrooms? Haulage is not required for u. as there arent any major works. hope it helps. -
yes. all depends on material, quality and quantity. take laminated for example there are a few grades too. solid suface top also. so it is the type u decide on it. more capentry and hacking involve more $$$ will involve. for furnishing wise it depends on which brand u want and which will attract to ur attention to it. as what MaCe state designer lamp will cost 4K.

Comment On Quotation

There are a few things to take note on the quotes (prevent any hidden costs) 1) Read every single things on what they wrote. Make sure there arent any things being double charges. 2) Check that all the things that are stated during conversation or anything added should be written on it and counter sign from the ID. or print out a new copy. 3) Check on their terms and conditions. (maybe a lot of words but please read it all.) hope it helps
