well if really depends on what you want. as in: 1) themes of ur house 2) fixture items like kitchen cabinet, walk in waredrobe, feature wall etc etc 3) materials like the brands of the laminated for cabinet 4) lighting point/air-con points/cable point) 5) tiles (different brand, size and range) so quite hard to tell the price range. you can try to plan ur floor plan like that you want for your theme. if you are unsure get a few quotation from ID or contractor. you will know at least the range of the prices. and also the theme and the design which you would want.

Overlay tiles indeed save cost. BUT popping up of tiles in years to come will have a higher chances. To overlay the tiles you need to know the condition of ur current tiles. (dont need to ask ID/contractor unless they are very honest because most of them will say condition ok. not a problem can lay) when problem comes they will run and hide. Also numbers of years which previous owner had lay the current tiles. And check wherethe ur previous owner got overlay the tiles too. If yes it would better to hack away and make a new one.

hi wiredchaos, get a few more quotations. somemore cny is drawing near. who kn0ws u may be early bird discount? anyway get a few more quotes from various ID to gain more different themes and designs. this will give you a rather better picture on what u want to reno for your house.

dotz... now psp got sell 8GB pro memory stick at about $150. 4GB is far more then enough. to the sound quality is about the same. no diff. just that ipod listen for too long also sianz... can switch to play game or watch moive. like shampoo 3 in 1.
