I am thinking of doing a item by item comparison (for this, we will have to band our quotations together for a comparison n will know if any of us kena chop carrot) and a final % discount off the final quote (if we are able to confirm the deal together and press alan for that). i am sure all of us here have more than 1 'shortlisted' contractors for our renovation and Alan is 1 of them...And amongst the most important factor now is which finalist's price is the lowest right? Not sure if tis works, but don mind trying lor.. I will take this discussion off-line so that i m not a hijacker for too long. I will PM u my quote. Hi, can a have a quote for the following: (110 sqm resale) 1) Hack off existing floor tiles for kitchen & 2 bathrooms 2) Hack off existing wall tiles for kitchen & 2 bathrooms 3) Remove existing kitchen cabinet 4) build kerb at shower area (2 bathrooms) 5) Supply labour to dismantle & install 2 wash basin with tap, shower head (mixer) and 2 toilet bowl for 2 bathrooms 6) Supply labour to dismantle 1 bath tub at master bedroom toilet 7) Supply and lay homogenous floor tiles kitchen & 2 bathrooms 8) Supply and lay wall tiles for 2 bathrooms 9) supply and install 2 x shower screen(glass) for 2 bathrooms. 10) supply and install 2 x toilet door (glass swing door) 11) polish existing broken marble flooring for living/ dinner and 3 bedrooms. 12) build concrete base for the kitchen cabinet 13) Hack 1 kitchen wall 14) supply and install 1 kitchen glass door.
