  1. I have 6 Masters chairs to let go. 3 in Sage Green and 3 in Rust. They are used. I have them for about 1.5 years already. Letting go because they no longer fit my new dining area.
  2. Hi.. We ended up opting not to do the glass door at the kitchen and went for an open concept. hi sorry. we wouldn't recommend our contractor to you.. coz he very "blur"..
  3. nice~ i really like your ideas/inspiration.. to make your shoe cabinet that way.. you need to use solid wood doors. =)
  4. some minor photos..~ my fisher&paykel pidgeon pair - fridge + freezer something given by my parents.. my caesarstone quartz countertop is up! <3 <3 <3 my really simple gate + main door.. carrying the white theme with black touch even to the door step.
  5. -deleted- just realised some of the pictures are very poor quality here's a sneak of my living room instead.. idea copied from paloma, just on a larger scale.
  6. just realized your island is very unique! its not straight. looks really good.
  7. thanks thanks.. will be placing a skinny bench on the wall opposite the cabinets. need extra seating during gatherings. erm.. only left kitchen counter top to be fixed up and touch ups to be done at first floor..
  8. i cannot take credit for that.. =X actually my stepfather's idea.. but the price to custom also jin swee ah!
  9. =X *thats-bcoz-u-havent-see-my-collection-of-makeup* i used to have a huge custom build area for vanity.. but not sufficient. now.. i didn't even make room for a vanity.. not sure how am i going to survive. LOL!
  10. thanks thanks~ but today friday le.. still got a lot of debri and undone work. *SIGH*
  11. Very long no upload pics.. Here are some pics~ this is how we utilize the space under the stairs... we build a shoe cabinet at the sloping part.. the bigger square area is actually the store room. our budget solution to lighting up the stairwell..
  12. kekekeke.. my other carpentry works are quite simple.. most of the carcass for those are up! actually i need my baby to come out.. due liao~ TIME'S UP BOY. timer ring liao. =X
  13. i prefer the old fashion shelves and what-nots so jshome is right... it should have been fast.. except there was a delay in delivery of my stove hob. so they didn't dare to cut the hole just yet which resulted in further delays. *sigh* hopefully everything will be ready for handover this saturday as promised. otherwise, the delay has gone on for 2 weeks.. we cannot afford anymore time delay.
  14. We use Golden Leaf for curtain. Very prompt and good customer service. It's our 3-4x back to them as a family.
  15. Hee. Close. I am off to my last appt.
  16. Week 5 of renovation Our renovation is coming to an end.. We are now doing carpentry works and some rectification works.. Hopefully everything will be done by early next week as our no. 3 will be arriving soon. Both of us are running out of steam, trying to make decisions on all aspects of the house. Me, in particular, as I am almost 39 weeks pregnant now. Here's a sneak peek of our carpentry works.. Done by Ah Heng. =P Final result will be slightly different as my contractor did not relay all the laminate details to them.. but they were ok with changing it last min. for me. =) One of the icky decisions we (my mum and I) made... Hahahaha~ Good thing its hidden in a corner in the kitchen. ^^ We both actually didn't wanted to install the PD door.. She wanted it to be wooden and I wanted it to be a simple bi-fold. Our compromise was this.. *Sigh* (And I am already summarizing our battle in this short paragraph.. Yes, I DO KNOW its just a common toilet door.. Apparently, my mum don't. Haha!) Hopefully we'll be posting post renovation photos "soon" and not just mid-reno stuff.. The house is slowly coming together... But would really like to see it as a home soon!
  17. Ur daughter look so serious and focus. My two would probably run off and do other things already.
  18. sexy sexy sink too.. the tap looks smaller than expected.
  19. i feel indignant for you~ i know how is it like.. my stairs banister has very poor workmanship.. wondering if i should just "live with it" or try to get contractor to fix it at his own cost. the problem for you is..... why no one ask you (the owners) first?! you should question them (both the ID and contractors) and state clearly each time you see them that you aren't happy abt it. (that's what we are hounding our contractor...........)
  20. ah? can this be rectify or are you going to accept it?
