Hihi thanks! Ya the wallpaper's from goodrich....i think it costs us 400... Ya we got the sofa at about 1.6K+ too....that time they threw in the coffee table for free...see if you can bargain for free coffee table.. The side table costs 299 each.... I used a mixture from Nippon and ICI....the grey one is Galaxy, red wall is Hibiscus from Nippon then living room is sandstone from ICI... Wow, $400?? Its below my expectation!! You source yourself or your ID source for you? I intend to do one for master bedroom and dining wall as well. Went to goodrich website to take a look, they have nice wallpapers but have yet to get quotes from them. Thought they will be very expensive. But surprisingly, your $400 is below my expectation. As for the dining wall, intend to do either wallpaper or mirror. Not sure which will be cheaper. Still in the midst of sourcing around. So far, i only know for wallpaper, there are 2 companys and they are goodrich & printedge. Me still sourcing around for sofa. Afraid to get from red apple after hearing alot of negative comments on them...

hi, congrats on ur new home!! i saw the pics whereby u hv ur modi side table. Is that the wallpaper u did for the wall? how much u did for the wallpaper? Is it from goodrich? i like ur sofa. I saw it at red apple too. think was about $1.6k. very tempted to buy a cream one also.

hi raincole, care to share where you got your wallpaper from? i intend to do something on 1 side of the wall at the dining area. but can't decide whether to do mirror or to do wallpaper. For wallpaper, so far i went to printedge & goodrich website to check the wallpaper, they have very nice ones. Will need to go home take measurement of the wall and get quotes from these 2 suppliers. Not sure if wallpaper or mirror is cheaper. How much you pay for doing your wallpaper? Any pics to share? Thanks alot. !!

Hi kniveswood, understand that you are currently looking for ID. Just my advice to you. AVOID 3D Innovation. I regret having them. Now my reno is over already and yet I am still facing some problem with them. Moreover, they have not finish minor touchup and yet the ID can keep on chasing me for last payment! The best part is the ID can use the excuse that he needed the money from the last payment (3k) urgently as his mum is in hospital! My God, what an excuse! Moreover, that ID is driving a luxury car. Don't tell me he can afford a luxury car but can't afford a 3k for his mum's hopsital bill? All the bull****! The material they used i suspect is not approved by HDB. My house is in a mess now. Thus, am taking up the case with HDB and I am considering to bring them to Small Claim Triburnals. PM me if you want to know more details but my advice to you is NEVER NEVER ENGAGED 3D INNOV. to do your renovation.

hi, u have a very nice tv console. r u going to have a LCD tv mount on the feature wall or u going to have the tv sit on the console? can i check wif you, for your tv console, how do you connect your tv? where is your power point? is it conceal inside the tv console? how do you connect your dvd player as well? i thinking of doing tv console just like yours, but i was wondering how do you connect all the electrical stuff without showing the wires? please enlighten me. thanks so much.

Hi bullet, I have yet to try out your method cos very very busy for the past few days!! Gonna trying this tomorrow. Will share with everyone should this method works. I need your advise again. My ID said he brought the tiling man to take a look at the stained tile. According to the tiling man, he said the patch of stain is caused by moisture. moisture??? And behind the stained area is actually the toilet. So could be caused by when the worker layed water-proofing and floor tiles for the toilet and water actually seeps in and caused the stain. What do you think? Do you think what they said is true? Somehow or rather, I just dun believe lor. I still think that the stain is caused by the worker who accidentally spilled some oil or chemical on the floor.

hi bullet, thanks so much for your information. i am going to try out the method this weekend and leave it for 3 days and see how. The bleach that you mentioned, is it those white bleach that we use for bleaching clothes? And we need to use plastic to cover it for 3 days right? What kind of plastic? you mean those clear plastic bag? Really hope this method will works and help to solve my problem. I hasn't been eating and sleeping well for the past few days. All becos of the big patch of stain. Sigh... !! Btw, you really sounds like a granite-expert!! you seems to know alot of knowlege on granite. Are you working for some tiles company?

Did you ask the contractor to compensate you for causing the oil stain on your granite flooring? Hi, since you going down to polybuilding, please help me to check with them how to remove oil stain from granite, can? I really appreciate your help on this.

Oh, OIL??? if its oil, then jiak lat liao!! oil stain sure cannnot be removed!! oh dear, then what should I do?? there's no way that he hack that small area and replaced with new tiles!! what shld i do now? don't pay him the balance money till he rectify the problem for me? can or not?

hi all the granite-experts out there, I have a big problem wif my granite flooring recently and have been very upset over it for the past few days. I am having granite flooring for my living/dining room. Currently in the process of reno. Granite flooring is from the ex-owner. Flooring is ok until recently workers came and do some carpentry. The next day i discovered a big patch of dark stain at one corner. I ask the ID why suddenly there is a patch of stain. The ID told me that the patch of stain is actually water marks!! He don't know what exactly happened that causes the water marks. It could be the workers accidentally spill some water. Its quite obvious and ugly as my flooring is of light colors and suddenly at one corner there is this dark patch of stain! He told me that the water marks will get faded after 2-3 months when the water dries up. Ask me to monitor for 2-3 months. If after 2-3 months the water marks don't fade, go and look for him and he will do something about it. Do something about it? What can he do? There's no way that he hack the tiles away for the small area and replace with new tiles. My reno will complete in another few days time. What happen if after 2-3 months, I went to approach him, and he deny? What can I do now to clear the marks?? Should I ask him to compensate me now just in case after 2-3 months later he refused to rectify the problem for me? Can anyone out there advise how to really clear away the patch of water marks?

ya, can someone advise address for massimo? me currently looking for black sleek leather sofa too. I have been to lorenzo, star furniture, red apple, courts, furniture club but so far still cannot find anything i like. Only few sofas from lorenzo caught my interest but i find their prices quite ex maybe because they are of gd quality leather.

do u guys ever bargain with patrick before? i find that selected items in the quotation is abit on the high side like the hacking work etc. If I try to bargain wif patrick, what do u think is the chances like? is patrick an easy going guy? also, after you confirm the quotation wif patrick and about to get the reno started, do you guys set a deadline with patrick when to complete the work? or patrick will only be able to tell you towards end of the reno? anyone ever did a WIW by patrick before? hows the quality and the design? will patrick let you know the design first before proceed to construct? sorry for all the questions. me very new and blur into reno please help!! thanks!
