Hi bro I think you can get the cover from most diy shops or neighbourhood houseware shops. I ever bought from a diy shop and change my store toilet bowl seat and cover. btw, it came together. If you look from the rear side of your toilet seat, the current existing kind is held by 2 plastic catch. just unscrew or pull it out. Rather easy. Your new seat should comes with the plastic catch or screw. Gd luck
