hi! I've just bought my first home and getting the keys in 2 weeks' time. Looking for recommendations for contractors who have reasonable quotes and who are willing to take on a small project as I don't need extensive renovation works- just toilets, flooring of whole house. any tips on what to look out for, etc are also welcome as this is completely new to me. thanks!
