  1. Singababa! That view is worth millions!!! Nice!!! Dun think I will have a house that comes with such view. Next life maybe. LOL!!! Yes, I agreed local Singaporean to pay high cov is difficult unless they also selling their old flat and buy our flat and doing contra. Else difficult for them to pay COV in cash. I can only pray hard. Tomorrow my flat will be 1st day open house. Hope able to have serious/ cah rich buyer's. Heeeheee
  2. Need you guy opinion.. How much will you ask for COV for 4 room HDB flat at Queenstown. Year built 1976 3 bus stop away from commonwealth MRT and 5 bus stop away fm queenstown. But lots of direct buses to city/ chinatown/ vivo/ orchard Floor: Level 3
  3. Hi, Just to check for though using bank loan, do you guy approached ANZ bank directly or go thru broker? Yesterday met up with 1 broker's and he also introduce us ANZ housing loan. Sor + 0.75% for 30 years. And upon successful, they will rewards us ( NTUC Vouchers or Equivalent in value of your choice ) Housing Loan . Not so keen on their rewards. Want to find out beside rewards, what other things should we ask for that is more important then all these rewards. Actually our HLE has already been approved at quite a good loan for us. But we still deciding whether to opt for bank or HDB confuse...
  4. I yet to engage their service but liaise with them via email.. Broker advise the bank will only loan to us max 14-20 years if we are to purchase the point block which built in year 1976.. sad.. cos the flat too old.. As for the HDB HLE, they will re-process again. Reason for them to reject my application is my MOP is at 1st Sep. But now they willing to let our flat to have early MOP. Wonder how much and how many years will they allow..
  5. I was quite dilemma..dunno whether should we go appeal with HDB on the HLE. And dunno how long will it takes. We in fact eyeing 1 unit at Bedok south. Seller's need to sell off their flat by end Sep. We in fact plan to do a contra by selling off our current 4 room flat once HLE approved. But now... Maybe my hubby was the breadwinner of the family. So the HDB rejected doe to this reason. Details on the reason will have to wait till next week from HDB by mail to us. Any advice whether is it a right time to sell away my current 4 room flat & upgrade to 5 room flat using Bank loan? My hubby working in palm oil industry. Monthly salaries not very high but enough to support whole family & maid. Bonus is good thou but now the economy is unpredicable..anything can happen. ANd i LOVE the 5room flat so much!!

  9. HI, Am eyeing though point block at this Bedok South 19, 20, 21. These 3 blocked are all security gated. Wonder because is it not 'safe' that why they put a gate there before entering the lift. Is it worth buyiing?
