Ermm... Kallang Bahru / St George's Rd (Boon Keng area)... i tink Ubi also have... Hougang too... For kallang bahru i tink the prices are pretty exp... lately saw online at abt 650-680k for 5rm point block... as for St George's, shd be 500+k... but doesnt seem to notice any ppl selling... Hee...

I tink Potong pasir is not ez to find leh.. Heard that most of e owners are 'hogging' on to their flats (same as serangoon) LOL! If you can't find any at Potong pasir u can consider St George aka opp May's hse which is 5mins walk from boonkeng mrt.. There's a few units for sale lately.. I'm kpo-ing online alot cos I'm selling mine in May/Jun so looking at the market price now.. LOL.. U can try Bendemeer's 3room (at the market that side but maybe not block 43/44 which is one bus stop away from mrt and factory), McNair (May's hse there) or my hse here! St George's road (juz cross a bridge to go sheng shiong, a few coffeeshops here with prata shop downstairs oso) LOL..

Actually If they do or do not change the address, ah long issue will be there (if there is any).. Actually for my current 3rm flat, I got it 5yrs ago from hdb from those balance flat and this hse is actually vacant for maybe 10yrs or so.. But there r still some letters being mailed here.. Haa! N it's those investment firm's letter somemore -.-"

I've seen e ad for this unit before too.. But itz a unit for sale last yr rite? Hee.. I've seen online and noticed quite a no of units at ave 10 for sale currently.. But I've seen one unit at ave 8 asking price of 830k -.-" I tink itz kinda mad? Lol

Hihi, I think 600k for ave 10 is not bad cos the location is not bad.. 2 streets away from hougang mall rite? I'm dreaming to get an EM there in June oso.. Hahahaha.. I saw online on a few post of 3 EM at ave10.. E cov sounds ok oso.. I tink most EMs are ard 600k for now.. (based on my research LOL)

Hahahaha.. For my nxt hse, I'm having e same concept of open WIW but will place a glass sliding doors at e entrance.. if there's enuff space, I'll place a small sofa inside.. Itz very very nice oh ;P

Meaning as long as the OTP aka first appt is after your MOP date it's fine? Bcos for my case, my MOP is on 1 Jun n i posted my qs on propertyguru.. those agents actually say to advertise after e MOP.. So I'm abit blur.. Hahaha.. My plan is to apply HLE, valuation in early/mid May n start sourcing plus selling my unit ard mid may..

Haa my current 3room's living room, 2 bedrooms are all black tiles! It does get abit dark but it's special lah.. Only thing I regretted is using e more ermm rough surface type of tiles which gets dirty very easily (trap dust).. But for ur case not e whole hse is black tiles so it'll be ok.. Heh..

Wah.. Really a nice n Huat no.. Hahaha.. Ya.. Some other flats at this area r scary.. Lol

Oh ya.. By the way, ur kitchen an living room linked to balcony is great! I'm hoping for my next flat to haf that or at least a bedroom beside the balcony.. I'll tear down e wall (kitchen to balcony) n put big glass door (since kitchen is so big, i'll shorten breath of kitchen.. Increase breath aka area of e balcony)! Haa.. Not sure if my language is understandable anot.. Lol.. Fell in love with this kinda layout since I saw a t blog of an EM like tt.. Haa.. Juz sharing my 'dream balcony n kitchen' with ya LOL
